数控轧辊车床动态特性分析与仿真

【摘要】 本文在深入分析数控强力切削机电系统原理、借鉴国内外相关科研成果的基础上,对数控强力切削机电系统的发展和研究现状进行了比较全面的总结;对实际物理系统进行合理简化,建立了数控强力切削机电系统数学模型;针对实际重型机床数控化改造过程存在的问题,结合改造设计实践和调试工作,利用控制理论对建立的数学模型进行分析,深入分析了影响数控强力切削机电系统动态特性各主要因素;在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境中建立系统的仿真模型,对数控强力切削机电系统动态特性进行数字仿真研究。对数控强力切削机电系统动态特性理论分析并结合计算机仿真,详细研究了影响系统动态性的主要因素以及影响机理;在数控强力切削机电系统设计时,应该保证足够机械传动系统刚度,以减小干摩擦引起的反转误差;系统的阻尼系数应合适,以期得到良好的基准量响应特性和抗干扰性能;系统的负载惯量应尽可能小,以增强系统响应的快速性。大的Kv因子可以减小系统的跟随误差,增强系统的跟随性能和抗干扰性能。为了改善数控强力切削机电系统动态特性,提出了对系统中各数字PID调节器进行最佳整定的方法,并给出了整定公式,特别是对位置调节器的整定,提出了一种根据进给无超调原则进行Kv因子最佳整定的一种方法。对CK84100轧辊车床进行实例仿真,仿真结果正确、可靠,验证了理论分析的结论。在重型机床改造性设计中,运用MATLAB软件对所建立数学模型进行仿真,建模简单、修改参数方便,是进行数控强力切削机电系统计算机辅助设计的有力工具。

【Abstract】 Based on the principle analysis of high force cutting CNC machine tool’s electromechanical system and research on related native and foreign schemes in this field, the study status and the development situation of this electromechanical system are summed up in this paper. The mathematics model of high force cutting machine tool is established according to its physical system. In order to resolve the problem of heavy duty machine tool’s NC(Numerical Control) refit and instruct the refitting design and debugging, the key factors which influence and affect the dynamic characteristic remarkably are analyzed by control theory. By the scientific and engineering calculating tool-SIMULINK provided by MATLAB, dynamic model which is used to simulation study can also be built up, and related analysis results are obtained in the paper.Based on the theoretical analysis and simulation study, the influence mechanism of he system in detail is achieved. Enough rigidity can reduce reverse error. Proper dump coefficient goes with good norm response characteristic and good anti-interference capability. A small load inertia may make the response quickly. Big Kv factor can improve follow performance and anti-interference capability of system.In order to improve the dynamic characteristic, optimizing setting methods for those PID regulator’s parameters are proposed. Compute formulas are also established. Above all, a method according to non-overshoot principle when feeding is served for Kv factor’s setting.According to CK84100 roller lathe, the simulation results of the lathe show the simplicity and feasibility and prove the validity of the theoretical analysis. The simulation method of high force cutting CNC machine tool’s electromechanical system with MATLAB is powerful. The method is simple to design and free of modification of model parameters.
