恒力公司维修费用控制的研究

【摘要】 设备维修在企业的生产经营活动中占有十分重要的地位,对企业设备长时间稳定运行起着决定性的作用。长期以来,我国设备维修采用的是定期维修方式,这种方维修式存在着许多不足,势必造成企业生产成本的增加。本文从设备的维修管理和维修技术手段着手,用技术分析替代经验规定,有效地降低了设备的维修费用。针对维修的管理问题,本文在总结恒力钢丝绳股份有限公司以往维修管理经验的基础上,分析现有维修管理制度不足。从管理流程、费用统计、设备选购,以及备件管理等方面着手,健全和完善了现有的管理制度。有效地降低了维修费用,实现了设备维修的低成本。针对维修的技术手段问题,本文从两个方面着手,实现了设备维修成本的有效控制。一方面,在现有设备维修方式的基础上,将层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合,提出一种新的设备维修方式的决策方法。利用该方法确定主要生产设备的维修方式,从而减少不必要的维修,实现恒力公司维修成本的降低;另一方面,通过合理预测设备的维修周期,减少维修费用的支出。该方法首先在保证设备运行可靠性的基础上,利用设备的寿命分布函数,确定设备的可靠性维修周期;然后在分析设备维修成本构成的基础上,建立设备维修费用的优化模型。通过求解优化问题,得到设备的经济性周期;最后采用模糊综合评判法综合两种维修周期。所得到的最佳维修周期,既保证了恒力公司设备运行的可靠性,又节约了维修的费用。

【Abstract】 Equipment maintenance plays a great role in the activities of manufacturing enterprises, and it is the principal or exclusive determinant of the business equipment prolonged stable operation. For a long time, time based maintenance is used for the equipment maintenance in our country, and it decides the maintenance modes based on the experience. However, the drawbacks of the measure must make the cost of production increase. The paper uses technical analysis to replace experience regulates for reducing the cost of maintenance based on maintenance management and maintenance techniques of the equipments.For the problems in maintenance management, the paper analyzes the drawbacks of existing management system based on summing up the past management experience of Hengli company, and improves the existing management system from management process, the statistic cost, the selection of new equipment and spare parts management. The new management system effectively reduces the cost of maintenance.For the problems in maintenance technique, the paper achieves the control for the cost of equipment maintenance based on two technical improvements. One proposes a new decision measure for the maintenance mode of equipment by combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy general appraisal method based on the existing maintenance modes. And the new decision measure reduces the cost of maintenance by deciding an appropriate maintenance mode for every equipment. Moreover, the other improvement reduces the cost of maintenance by forecasting the proper maintenance interval time for every equipment. Firstly, the method gets the reliability interval time using life distribution function based on guarantying the stable operation of the equipment, and obtains economy interval time by establishing and solving the optimization model of the lowest maintenance cost. Finally, the fuzzy general appraisal method is used to balance the two maintenance interval time data from the above, and the final optimal maintenance interval time has been got, which not only guarantees reliability but also reaches the optimal maintenance cost.
