自锚式悬索桥荷载响应的数值仿真研究

【摘要】 自锚式悬索桥的出现体现了人们对桥梁美观和实用的追求。鉴于自锚式悬索桥的优点和适用性的重新认识,近几年来其在国内外的态势发展迅猛。论文以抚顺万新大桥设计方案为例,采用大型有限元计算软件Ansys建立完整的全桥有限单元仿真计算模型,旨在探讨分析自锚式悬索桥的成桥线形调整、静力行为、动力特性和荷载作用因素影响问题。论文以Midas civil求得主缆和吊索的初始索力,导入Ansys仿真模型,进行成桥状态的调整,得到了较为合理的主缆及吊索的索力;计算得到了按CJJ3737-90进行汽车活载布载的结构内力,进行了自振特性分析;用时间历程分析法对地震荷载、汽车动载及其耦合响应进行了仿真分析,并对比了有无动态效应的汽车动载的影响;针对汽车动载作用因素中的余弦周期、行驶速度,并通过对主缆自锚和地锚两种不同的连接形式进行了仿真比较分析。文中使用有限元软件对自锚式悬索桥仿真模型的建立、修正、调整、计算、分析和研究的思路和方法,对今后同类桥梁的设计、施工及健康检测等有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The appearance of self-anchored suspension bridge incarnate clearly that people’s glory and practical eager of bridge.In consideration of anew acquainting with the self-anchored suspension bridge’s merit and applicability, posture develop fast with a rush at home and abroad over the years.This paper taking WanXin Great Bridge of FuShun as an example,with the large-scale finite element software Ansys to establish a complete full-bridge finite element simulation model,which focused on analysis of the self-anchored suspension bridge’s bridge alignment adjustment,static, dynamic characteristics and the impact of load factors.The paper using Midas civil’s solution of the initial cable force of main cables and slings, import to Ansys simulation model for the adjustment of the expectation bridge state, have got the more reasonable cable force of the main cable and slings. According to CJJ3737-90, calculate the structure’s internal force of the arrangement carry of dynamic automobile load, then give the vibration characteristics analyses. Use time course analysis for the simulation analyses of seismic loading, vehicle dynamic load and the coupling of them, then give the comparison of the dynamic effect of the car-load.Based on vehicle dynamic load factors,comparate the simulation analysis by introduction of different cosine cycle, driving speed, and through self-anchored and anchored two different forms.The using of some ideas and methods of the finite element software for how to build, amend, adjust, calculation, analysis and research of self-anchored suspension bridge simulation model. present definitely reference value for uniformity type bridge’s design, construction and health detection.
