改善烧结料层透气性的研究

【摘要】 厚料层烧结技术,目前已经被广泛应用于国内外各个钢铁企业,如何改善烧结料层的透气性是实现该技术的关键所在,本课题围绕影响烧结料层透气性的因素进行了详细的研究。在实验室研究阶段设计了两组实验,第一组,采用三因子三水平的正交实验研究生石灰配比、混合机转数、混合时间对料层透气性的影响,第二组实验根据混合料的成球机理以及鞍钢西区烧结使用的铁料物化性能,将澳大利亚矿、齐大山矿、大孤山矿的配比作为因子构成三因子二次回归正交实验,通过实验取得二次回归方程,确定烧结料层透气性最好的配矿方案。在工业实验阶段,首先对二次混合机进行分段加水改造,改造后混合料中<1mm部分降低了5.5%,透气性提高了8.1J.P.U;然后,通过完全随机化单因子实验确定了在鞍钢西区烧结的原料条件下最适宜的造球和烧结水分;其次,通过一次回归正交实验方法对二次混合制粒进行工艺优化,将混合机的转数、填充率、返矿做为实验的三个因子,利用质量管理软件Minitab 15对实验结果进行处理分析,确定了因子对烧结料层透气性影响的显著水平;最后,在烧结机布料处添加松料器。通过合理设置松料器的参数,达到了增加烧结料层透气性,提高产量的目的。本课题立足于鞍钢西区烧结生产实践,同时在结合其工艺特点,对改善烧结料层的透气性进行了全面而系统的研究,其成果具有普遍的推广意义。

【Abstract】 Deep bed sintering technique have already been extensively applied steel business enterprise in each at home and abroad currently, how to increasing the sinter-bed permeability is the key of carry out that technical, This article circumambience the factor which influence the sinter-bed permeability carry on a set detailed research.We design two sets of experiments in the laboratory studied stage, experiment Group one, we adopt three factors three and three levels by orthogonal design, for researches ratio of lime, drum mixer rotation speed, mix time to the influence sinter-bed permeability, experiment Group two is according to the mechanism of mixture pelleted and the raw material basic property of ore which anteel westpart sinter plant used, the amount of Australia mineral and the amount of QiDashan fine mineral and the amount of DaGushan were selected as three factors of two times repressive and orthogonal test, The quation which the two times regressive dertimered give a best blend project for sinter-bed permeability。In the commercial studied stage, firstly, we reform the added moisture method at secondary mixer, experimen result is that the part of in the under 1 mm mix lower 5.5%,and sinter-bed permeability index raised 8.1 J.P.U, then through one randomed factor test make sure the best added moisture for pelleting and sintering at the property of ore which anteel westpart sinter plant used, third, we adopted linear orthogonal experiment design method to seek optimum parameter of second process of mix and micro-pelletized, select rotation speed of mixer and the percent fillingd and percentage of returns in mix as the factors of experiment, analysis result of experiment and make sure these influence levels by Minitab15 of the quality management software, finally, we set double loosening bar at sinter machine, it can increasing the sinter-bed permeability and production if we set it optimum.This article basic on the anteel westpart sinter plant production and combine its process characteristics, the research of increasing the sinter-bed permeability is systemly and extensively, the result have popularized value.
