N公司对日软件外包项目管理系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 信息技术发展快、渗透广等特点,使得IT项目与一般工程项目存在着明显的差别。IT项目的需求来源广泛,涉及国民经济的各个领域,几乎所有领域都能够和信息技术相结合而构成信息化项目,因此很难形成有针对性的规范和标准。近年来,软件外包项目在国内的IT项目中所占的比例逐年加大,发展势头迅猛。正在成为国内IT业新的增长点。不过,正是因为发展过快,很多在这个过程中发展起来的公司的项目管理水平已经无法适应实际项目的需要。本文在总结对日软件外包项目开发和管理实践经验的基础上,结合软件工程、软件能力成熟度模型集成(Capability Maturity Model Integration,缩写CMMI)、项目管理知识体系指南(Project Management Body of Knowledge,缩写PMBOK)和项目管理的基本思想,吸收了现有的对日软件外包项目管理模式和规范,引入了一些软件外包企业比较成熟的项目管理方法,为对日软件外包项目设计出一套项目管理方案,为减轻实施过程中项目管理工作的负担,提高项目管理的效率,本文结合该对日软件外包项目管理方案,设计和实现了相应的项目管理支持平台,并介绍了该平台的应用实例。本文研究成果可以应用于软件外包项目特别是对日软件外包项目的管理工作,有助于改善项目管理质量,降低管理成本,提高项目管理的自动化程度,帮助软件外包项目获取更高质量的产品。

【Abstract】 There are obvious differences between IT Project and common Project because of the information technology’s traits of growing fast, far going used and so on. These differences result in a variety of difficulties people have to face when dealing with the IT item by project management knowledge system which base on the project management theories and empirical accumulation. The demand of IT Project widely comes from each area of national economy Almost all the scopes can integrate with the information technology and then constitute information projects. It is quite difficult to from specific criterions and standards, because the information project involve in nearly all of the economic scope. It’s no doubt that the difficulties of project management have been increased.This paper combines the basic idea of software engineering, CMMI model, PMBOK and project management on the basis of practical experience in Japan software outsourcing project development and management. This paper absorbs the existing software outsourcing project management models and norms, introduces a number of mature project management methods in software outsourcing enterprises.One set of Japan software outsourcing project management program is designed and applied to practical projects. In order to alleviate the burden and enhance the efficiency of project management, one corresponding support system is designed and implemented. In this paper, an application of this system is also detailed.The research results can be applied to software outsourcing projects particularly Japanese projects. They can help to improve the quality, lower the. costs and enhance the automation degree of project management. They can also help software outsourcing projects to get products of higher quality.
