提高真空抬包出铝能力的设计

【摘要】 气体喷射泵是一种利用高压气体抽吸低压流体的装置,它具有结构简单、没有运动部件、费用低廉、维护方便等优点,并且对于被抽气体没有特殊要求,那怕是有毒性、腐蚀性强、易燃易爆乃至可凝性气体都适用,加之抽气量大,工作压力范围宽,因此广泛应用于能源动力、石油化工、钢铁冶金、轻工纺织、建筑、制冷等各行各业。近年来,随着铝冶炼行业朝着大电流、电解槽大型化的发展,单台电解槽的出铝量也有较大的增加,这也就要求单台出铝抬包的容量也必须要增加,抬包真空发生装置的能力就显得非常重要。中铝贵州分公司230KA电解槽于2005年投入生产,年产17万吨电解铝。与之配套的新型抬包也在进行相应的生产、制作、调试,它的容量为7吨。在调试过程中,发现真空达不到要求,根本不能把铝水吸进抬包里,不能满足生产工艺要求。通过逐步分解系统设备组成,研究影响抬包真空度的因素,找出投入少、见效快的解决方案。最后通过理论计算和试验,找到了合适的方案,完全满足生产工艺要求。

【Abstract】 Gas injection pump is a device that sucks up low-pressure fluid by injecting high-pressure fluid.It has the advantage of simple structure,non-kinetic parts inexpensive and easy to maintenance. Furthermore,no any special request for the sucked gas, suitable for toxic gas,corrosive gas,inflammable or explosive gas,as well as condensing gas.Moreover,due to the mass quantity of sucked gas,wide range of working pressure,the gas injection pump applies in the fields of power and energy,chemical industry and petroleum,iron-steel metallurgy,textile and light industry construction industry and refrigeration.In recent years,with the development of the Aluminium metaled in ways of bigger electric current and bigger size,A pot will produce the more Aluminium, it requires that the capacity of tapping crucible must increase,and the significance of the vacuum of the tapping crucible be found.The 230KA pot superstructure was built up by CHAIN ALUMINIUM GUI ZHOU CO.in 2005.One year,it can produce 170 thousand ton electrolysis aluminium.For that item,a new kind of tapping crucible will be made,it can be fulfilled with 7 ton aluminium fluid.In course of the debug,we found that the tapping crucible’s vacuum degree did not reach the design goal.It cound not extract aluminium fluid from pot completely,it did not fulfill the request of technics all the while.Base on disassembling the composing of system,the article analyses various factor about affecting vacuum degree of tapping crucible,and find out a rapidly and inexpensive method to solve it.Finally,by theory calculate and experiment,find out a good dimension,the design fulfills the request of technics competently.
