灵龟八法按时取穴针刺治疗原发性痛经的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:随着时间医学和生物时钟理论的深人研究,与时间相关的疾病,在其发生、发展、转归和治疗过程的研究也越来越被重视,灵龟八法作为中医学的时间医疗方法,在临床上被广泛的应用。本论文是通过时间针法理论应用在与时间周期相关的疼痛性疾病痛经的临床治疗实践上,探讨时间针法的客观有效性,为时间针法的深入研究积累必要的客观实践资料。方法:将60例原发性痛经患者,随机分为灵龟八法治疗组和常规针刺组,两组对比研究,疗程3个月,分别观察治疗前后1个月、3个月疼痛积分的减少,以及远期的临床疗效。建立数据库,运用Spss13.0进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组与对照组均有止痛作用,灵龟八法治疗组即时止痛方面优于常规针刺组(P<0.05),改善症状后积分没有显著差异(P>0.05)。灵龟八法治疗组近期治愈10例,显效7例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%,治愈率33.33%,常规针刺组近期治愈3例,显效6例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%,治愈率10.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:灵龟八法按时取穴治疗原发性痛经具有确切的疗效。除有明显的镇痛效果,同时具有较好的近期疗效及远期疗效,极少不良反应。按时取穴镇痛有效的应用了治疗痛经的最佳时机,而且符合人体气血循环的规律。此法取穴少而方便、安全、无不良反应,减少了患者的痛苦,所以易被广大患者接受,并极具推广价值。更多还原

In addition to significant analgesia, but also has good curative effect and long-term effect, very few adverse reactions. Analgesic acupoints on time and the effective application of the best time to treat dysmenorrhea, and in accordance with the laws of human blood circulation.
