中药熏洗法在糖尿病足治疗中的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:针对糖尿病足临床最常见的证型瘀血阻络,拟中药熏洗(温经活血通络法中药),进行相应内容的辅助检查,提供实验室数据,在理论上对其发病机、药物治疗作用及临床疗效进行深入探讨研究。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例,给予常规治疗和中药熏洗治疗;对照组60例,给予常规治疗,并系统观察了解治疗前后患者的10 g尼龙丝触觉测定、音叉或者是感觉震动阈值(bioth-esiometer)测定结果、跟腱反射、膝反射、血流变、足背动脉搏动结果、双下肢动脉彩超结果的影响及临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为81.7%,两组总有效率及临床显效率经统计学处理均P<0.05,有显著性差异,说明治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:中药熏洗临床观察疗效较好,无任何毒副作用及不良反应,具有深入开发的价值。更多还原
