开窍通闭法治疗儿童哮喘发作期（热哮）的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:通过观察开窍通闭法(方选皂角汤加减)与小儿咳喘灵颗粒治疗儿童哮喘发作期(热哮)的疗效比较,观察开窍通闭法治疗儿童哮喘发作期(热哮)的优越性,以便进行推广。方法:治疗组:采用开窍通闭法,给予皂角汤加减口服,1日3次,4日为一个疗程,观察两个疗程。对照组:给予小儿咳喘灵颗粒口服,1日3次,4日为一个疗程,观察两个疗程。结果:皂角汤治疗儿童哮喘发作期(热哮)30例(总有效率为93.33%),与对照组小儿咳喘灵颗粒治疗儿童哮喘发作期(热哮)30例(总有效率为73.33%),经统计学处理,二者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:表明开窍通闭法在改善肺失宣降,肺气郁闭引起的咳嗽、喘促等症状和阳性体征方面,以及促进肺部异常X线表现、血常规异常变化等理化检查的恢复方面明显优于对照组。本研究为临床提供了安全、方便的新疗法,丰富了治疗儿童哮喘发作期(热哮)的内容,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To observe the resuscitation pass a closed method (party election Gleditsia Decoction) and the Pediatric Cough Granule treatment of children with asthma exacerbation (hot pant) Comparison of the effect observed resuscitation Tong closed treatment of children with asthma exacerbation France (hot pant) in superiority in order to spread the word.Method: The treatment group: The resuscitation pass closed method, giving Gleditsia decoction orally, 1, 3, 4 for a course of treatment, observation of two courses.
