银质针治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究

【摘要】 目的：观察银质针治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法：选择诊断明确的颈性眩晕患者病例(154例),随机分为两组,治疗组(76例)予以银质针治疗二次；对照组(78例)采用口服西比灵胶囊,每天早晚各1次,治疗10天。结果：银质针治疗组疗效显著优于口服西比灵对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),随防6个月,复发率亦明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：银质针治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of treating cervical vertigo by using sliver needles.Methods:Firstly, choose patients (154) who has already certified as cervical vertigo sufferers and divide them into two groups randomly; then treat patients (76) in the treatment group by using silver needles for twice, while treat patients in the control group (78) by giving ten days of sibelium capsule.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group by silver needles is obviously better than the control group by having sibelium capsule. The effective rate (< 0.05) of the difference between the two groups is of statistic significance.Conclusion:The silver needle is effective in treatment of cervical vertigo.更多还原
