崩落法放矿随机介质三维数值模拟研究

【摘要】 崩落采矿法因其具有高效率、成本低,能适应各种不同地质条件的采矿方法等优点,在国内外应用相当广泛。因崩落法采矿是崩落矿石在废石覆盖层下放出的,覆盖层废石很容易掺杂到矿石中与矿石一起从放矿口放出,从而造成矿石的损失和贫化。在矿山开采中,矿石损失和贫化都是影响采矿方法效益的重要因素,因而降低矿石损失贫化对矿山来说是一项重要而迫切的工作。因此,对于选择合适的计算机语言,编制模拟矿岩散体颗粒流动的模拟程序,帮助选择合理的结构参数和放矿方式,从而降低矿石损失与贫化,对提高矿山经济效益具有重要的意义。本课题首先介绍了现有的发展比较成熟的崩落法放矿理论,选用随机介质放矿理论作为理论基础,从计算机模拟的现状出发,比较分析了不同模拟方法的优势和缺陷,提出了现有计算机数值模拟存在的问题;其次研究分析了崩落矿岩的移动规律及其移动规律方程;在最后简要分析研究了端部放矿损失贫化的形成,并且利用D.Jolley提出的递补模型,用任凤玉改进的随机介质概率密度方程,代入在前期的研究中求出的α、β参数值对底部放矿进行放矿模拟研究。第一,以VB6.0语言为平台,按随机介质理论数学模型编写了崩落法放矿随机介质放矿模拟程序。第二,利用自编模拟程序针对底部放矿中不同分段高度、进路间距及放矿漏口进行放矿模拟分析。第三,分析模拟结果,并在应用中取得了一定的成绩,这些研究成果可为矿山实际开采中参数的选择提供一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Caving mining due to its high efficiency and low cost, it can meet different geological conditions of the advantages of the mining method,so it is widely used in both at home and abroad. Because caving mining ores are emited under the cover of waste rock .overburden rock is easily doped with mineral ore emitting out, causing ore loss and dilution. In mining, ore loss and dilution effect is an important factor of mining method benefit for the mining of technical and economic indexes which have significant influence on lower ore loss and dilution mining .It is an important and urgent work. So, choosing appropriate computer language, simulating ore-rock medium particle flow simulation program, we can make its in mining process of practical play guidance , help choosing reasonable structure parameters and ore, thereby reducing ore loss and dilution, to improve the economic benefit of mine has important significance.This topic firstly introduces the development of existing comparatively mature caving method, choosing theory of random medium ore mine as the theoretical basis. From the current situation of the computer simulation, It compares and analyses the advantage and different simulation methods and the existing problems of computer numerical simulation. Secondly it researches and analysises of its caving ore-rock moving rule equation. In the final it analysis and research of the brief ore loss and dilution,and using the D.Jolley alternates model,with RenFengYu improved random medium probability density equation, using the improved random medium probability density equation, the study of early in the bottom of parameters,αandβ. First,VB6.0 language as the platform,it use mathematical model of random medium theory of caving writing mine random medium simulation program. Second, a simulation program is designed for use in different ore bottom, into space and on mine ore discharge port. Third, by analysis and simulation results, in applications it has achieved good results, the results of this study can be for the mining of parameters in the choice to provide certain reference function.
