细胞间黏附分子-1和白介素-10与白癜风的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨可溶性细胞间黏分子-1(sICAM-1)和白介素-10(IL-10)与湖南省衡阳地区汉族人群白癜风发病的相关性及与病情活动的关系,为白癜风的病因学研究和治疗提供新的理论依据。方法:选择湖南省衡阳地区汉族人群白癜风患者60名和40名健康志愿者为研究对象,采肘静脉血4毫升,取血浆,应用ELISA法检测血浆中sICAM-1及IL-10的浓度。结果:①白癜风患者血浆中sICAM-1的浓度明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)进展期与泛发型白癜风患者血浆sICAM-1的浓度分别显著高于稳定期和局限型患者(P<0.01),而稳定期与局限型白癜风患者血浆中sICAM-1的浓度与健康对照组无差异(P>0.05)。②白癜风患者血浆中IL-10的浓度明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01),进展期与泛发型白癜风患者血浆中IL-10的浓度分别低于稳定期与局限型患者(P<0.01,P<0.05),而稳定期与局限型白癜风患者血浆中IL-10的浓度与健康对照组无差异(P>0.05)。③白癜风患者组血浆中的sICAM-1与IL-10的浓度呈负相关(r=-0.37,p=0.042),且进展期及泛发型白癜风患者血浆中sICAM-1上升的浓度与IL-10下降的浓度有明显负相关关系(r=-0.82, p=0.001,r=-0.49,p=0.002)。结论:1白癜风患者血浆中sICAM-1和IL-10表达异常,表明二者可能参与了白癜风的发病。2在白癜风病情活动时,sICAM-1与IL-10呈负相关。
【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and Interieukin-10 among Han people in Hengyang of Hunan province with vitiligo, and to provide the new theory and clinical evidence for vitiligo treatment methods.Methods: A enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay was used to detect the levels of s ICAM -1 and IL - 10 in plasma by collecting cubital vein blood of 60 vitiligo patients and 40 normal controls among Han people in Hengyang of Hunan province.Results:①The plasma level of sICAM -1 in vitiligo is higher than Healthy controls(P<0.01). The level of sICAM -1 in the plasma of patients with progressive and diffuse vitiligo was significantiy higher than the stable and localized vitiligo(P<0.01). No significant difference was obsevent(P > 0. 05) between in sera sICAM -1 level with stable and localized vitiligo and the healthy control.②The level of IL-10 in the plasma of patients with vitiligo was obviously belower than the healthy controls(P<0.01). The level of IL-10 in the plasma of patients with progressive and diffuse vitiligo was obviously belower than the stable and localized vitiligo(P<0.01,P<0.05).No obviously difference was obsevent in sera IL-10 level between patients with stable and localized vitiligo and the healthy control(P > 0. 05).③Negative correlation between sICAM-1and IL-10 was obsevent in progressive and diffuse vitiligo.The changes of sICAM -1 was significantiy associated with The changes of IL-10.Conclusion: 1 vitiligo is associated with abnormal expression of t sICAM-1and IL-10 in serum, it indicats that they are involved in vitiligo.2 sICAM -1 correlateds negatively with IL-10 in activity vitiligo.
