缓薄矿体盘区组合机械化开采方法优化研究

【摘要】 选择合理可行的采矿方法是矿山建设和生产的关键,采矿方法直接关系着矿山的安全生产和经济效益。鄂西地区铁矿资源丰富,但矿区范围大、矿层薄、倾角缓、赋存条件复杂。缓倾斜薄矿体高效机械化开采的采矿方法一直是采矿科技工作者研究的重点。本文以鄂西铁矿凉水井矿段为研究对象,运用矿山数字化软件(MICROMINE)建立了凉水井矿段三维模拟模型,以三维模拟模型为基础平台研究了该矿段矿床的赋存特征,并结合收集整理的类似矿床成功开采案例和矿山开采的基础理论知识,对适合于凉水井矿段开采的采矿方法进行了研究。提出了盘区组合机械化房柱法、液压支护长壁崩落法、液压支护削壁充填法和房柱法开采嗣后崩落四种可行采矿方法。并以影响采矿方法选择的采矿成本、工艺复杂程度、劳动强度、对地表破坏程度、机械化程度、通风条件、安全性、采切比、矿块生产能力、贫化率、损失率等11个因素为评价指标,建立采矿方法优选评价体系,采用模糊综合评判法进行了优选,确定最优开采方法为盘区组合机械化房柱法。最后将盘区组合机械化房柱法进行调整以适应鄂西矿区其他不同产状矿体的开采,对鄂西铁矿资源的开发具有重要的实际指导意义。

【Abstract】 A feasible mining method was the key point of the mine production, and it was directly related to the mine’s safety and economic benefits. The western part of Hubei was rich in iron mine resources. It was a typical wide orebody which was gently inclined,thin in a complex natural reserve conditions . The mining method of such orebody was always the focal point of related research.this article studied the liangshuijing ore block, and used digitizing software ( MICROMINE ) to build liangshuijing three-dimensional model. based on this model, it studied the occurrence characteristics of liangshuijing ore deposits, then combined similar successful cases and basic theories of mining to find out a suitable method of liangshuijing mining. The thesis proposed method of combineing paneel with mechanized room and pillar, method of hydraumatic timbering broadwall, method of hydraumatic timbering resuing stoping and filling, and method of taking down after mechanized room and pillar mining. what’s more, it adopted 11 evaluation indicators such as cost, technology complexity, labor intensity, damage records , level of mechanization , atmospheric conditions ,safety, the ratio of mined tonnage , production ability , ore dilution ratio and loss ratio, established a an index system for better mining. It put to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to do the optimization and confirmed combineing paneel mechanized room and pillar method is the best. Finally this article optimized the combineing paneel mechanized room and pillar method to suit other core mining in the western part of Hubei province, which would give help to ore deposits in this area.
