【摘要】 自然灾难问题一直伴随着人类的生存与发展,近年来频繁的灾难问题更是持续困扰着人类生活。科技的进步并不能有效地减少灾难的数量也不能有效的应对灾难带来的诸多问题。自然灾难问题本身反映社会伦理关系,人们也越来越多的通过灾难反思人类自身,改善社会中的关系。本文运用文献收集法与资料分析法将自然灾难相关文献、数据进行比较、分析,并应用伦理学方法研究自然灾难问题:在探索前人自然灾难应对的历程及成果的基础上,对灾难发生、应对的伦理问题进行了系统的探讨,不仅指出自然灾难应对过程中人类道德的失范情况,也凸显出人们在自然灾难应对中体现出的崇高道德精神。提出灾后重建中需要厘清道德建设与经济建设的关系,并提出基本的对策,以及在具体的实践过程中具体的伦理原则。通过对防灾减灾问题的伦理探讨,最终促使人们在观念上真正的珍视各类生命,尊重人类作为一个生存的共同体,实现人与自然关系的和谐、人与人相处的和谐,人与自身生命的和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with natural disasters has been the survival and development of mankind, in recent years, more frequent disasters continue to haunt the problem of human life. Advances in technology can not effectively reduce the number of disaster response to disaster can not be effectively brought about many problems. Natural disasters, the question itself reflects the relationship between social ethics, people are more and more reflect on human beings through the disaster, improving community relations.Using the method of documentary collection with material analysis of natural disaster related literatures, data analysis and comparison, the method for the study of natural disaster in applied ethics: natural disaster response in exploring the previous course and achievements, on the basis of the disaster, with ethical problems of natural disaster, not only to that of human morality in the process of abnormal condition, also highlights the people in natural disasters in the lofty moral spirit.Made post-disaster reconstruction needs to clarify the moral and economic construction and offer basic facing and the process of ethical principles. Through to ethical discussion, ultimately promote a conceptually real treasure all kinds of life, respect for the human as a survival of the community, the implementation of the relationship between man and nature, the harmony, people’s harmonious, man and the harmonious development of their own life.更多还原
