思想政治教育视域下大学生网络政治参与研究

From the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education to Research Cyber Politics Participation of College Students

【摘要】 网络迅速发展给政治领域带来了许多新问题。网络已成为大学生获取政治信息、进行政治表达、参与政治活动的重要平台,对大学生政治参与产生了深刻影响,对高校思想政治教育带来了巨大挑战。本文主要对网络政治、网络政治参与理论,以及思想政治教育与网络政治参与之间的关系进行了探讨。在对大学生网络政治参与现状调查分析基础上,把大学生网络政治参与置于思想政治教育视域之中,提出了针对性、操作性、实效性强的措施,对如何减少网络负面影响,促进大学生网络政治参与正向发展,引导大学生网络政治参与实践,以及如何增强应对能力,尤其是加强和改进新形势下大学生思想政治教育等提供了路径选择。全文由四个部分组成:第一部分:网络政治和网络政治参与概述。重点对网络政治和网络政治参与的涵义、特点、参与途径等进行理论探讨,为进一步探讨思想政治教育与网络政治参与的关系,为其后的实证调查、分析和对策研究做好理论铺垫。第二部分:思想政治教育与网络政治参与的相互作用。从思想政治教育在网络政治参与中的作用和网络政治参与对思想政治教育的意义两个角度分析了思想政治教育与网络政治参与的关系,为探讨思想政治教育视域下大学生网络政治参与的正向发展提供了可行性依据。第三部分:大学生网络政治参与现状及其分析。通过对大学生网络政治参与现状实证调查,对大学生网上获取政治信息的意识、方式、态度、内容和网络政治参与行为现状等进行了深入探究,并在此基础上就网络对大学生政治参与的正向与负向影响进一步深入分析,为第四部分对策研究提供实证依据。第四部分:促进大学生网络政治参与正向发展对策。从思想政治教育视角,尤其是高校思想政治教育,提出了大学生网络政治参与正向发展的主要路径及其具体措施:加强和改进大学生思想政治教育;净化网络环境,提高大学生网络政治参与能力;加强网络道德教育与网络心理健康教育;加强高校网络思想政治教育队伍建设。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the network, network brings many new problems in the political field. Network is an important media and way for political socialization of college students. The Internet becomes an important means of getting political information, appraising political affairs, expressing political opinion and participating political businesses by college students. This article based on an overview of the meaning, characteristics of Cyber politics, Cyber politics participation , to analysis a relationship about the ideological and political education and Cyber politics participation. Based on the investigation and research of status of cyber politics participation of college students, to analysis the reasons and characteristics of Cyber politics participation of college students. From the perspective of ideological and political education, to find some specific measures and effectively reduce the negative impact of network to promote positive development of the Cyber politics participation of college students. We hope this paper can make some reference that about the practice of Cyber politics participation of college students and effectiveness of ideological and political education.There are four parts:The first: An overview of characteristics of Cyber politics and Cyber politics participation. In this part, the author researches the basic meaning and characteristic of the Cyber politics and Cyber politics participation. Father discuss the contact of ideological and political education and Cyber politics participation of college students. All of these make the base of the succeeding investigating and researching.The second: The contact of ideological and political education and Cyber politics participation. In this part, the author researches ideological and political education in the role of Cyber politics participation and Cyber politics participation in role of ideological and political education.The third: The investigating and researching the effect of the Cyber politics participation of college students. In this part, the author research the consciousness, interest, ways, means of the college student obtaining political information, by making some actual investigators. Basing these, the author goes on analyzing the positive and negative impacts of the Cyber politics participation of college students. This analyzing also provides the foundation for the fourth part of researching countermeasure.The fourth: To promote the research on the countermeasure by which the Cyber politics participation of college students can development in correct way. Especially in college ideological and political education part, the author brings out some specific measures. For example, strengthen and improve the content of ideological and political education. Clean the Internet environment, to improve the capacity of Cyber politics participation of college students. Strengthen the network of moral education and psychological health education. Strengthen the ranks of ideological and political education training.
