木材工业除尘装置性能在线监控系统的研制

【摘要】 由于能源匮乏、环境污染严重,节能减排已成为当今世界研究的热点课题之一。针对木材工业气力除尘系统运行能耗高,除尘效果不佳的现象,本文提出开发研制木材工业气力除尘装置性能在线监控系统,能够简单方便地对气力除尘系统相关特性进行测试研究及在线监控,以便更好地设计、运行气力除尘系统,达到节能减排高效的目的。为了满足简单方便、多功能、自动化试验需求,以及能够对系统进行一定的调节控制,实现在线监控功能,整个系统的功能要求为:①悬浮速度的测试;②风机特性曲线的测试;③袋式除尘器性能测试;④气力除尘系统在线监控。本课题根据系统的功能要求,分析了系统的结构和装置需求,确定了所研制系统的设计方案,并根据系统设计方案合理选配硬件,完成整体系统的组装;并在所搭建装置上编制了PLC的控制程序,以便对系统进行电气控制和调节;同时使用VC开发程序自主开发了在线监测的图形用户界面,实现操作的自动化、可视化;最后通过对系统的调试运行,确定了变频调节的PID参数,使得系统能够正常运行,保证压力最大相对误差为2%,气流量相对误差范围为1%-3%。本文采用了传感器技术、PLC技术、变频器技术和VC程序开发技术对系统进行了设计,力求以自动化控制技术,有机地结合多种功能需求,研制出高效实用的功能平台。从而可以对木材工业气力除尘系统设计运行所需参数进行快速自动地测试,以适应不同的运行条件,得出最佳的设计运行参数,更快更好地推动木材工业气力除尘系统的发展。

【Abstract】 Energy-saving and emission reduction has become one of the hottest issues for the lack of energy and severe enviromental pollution. For solving the problems of high energy consuming and low efficiency dust collection of dust collection system in wood industry, this paper suggested that online monitor and control system of pneumatic dust collection performance in wood industry should be developed, so as to further research on pneumatic dust collection characteristics simply and efficiently. Thus pneumatic dust collection would be designed and run well, and the purpose of energy-saving and emission reduction would be reached.The system should meet the needs of simplicity, multifunction, automation, and online monitor and control. The functions of the system platform are as follow: a) the test of suspending velocity, b) the test of fan characteristics, c) the test of bag-hose dust collection performance, d) online monitor and control.According to the function needs of the online monitor and control system, the structure and devices were analysed in this paper. And the design program of the system was discussed and selected. According to the design program, the hardwares were selected properly, and the platform was assembled. The program of PLC was programed, so as to control the system platform. The graphical user interface was programed with VC development software in this paper, so the operations of the system were automatical and visual. After that, the debug was performed to decide the parameters of PID to ensure the normal operation of the system. Through debugging, the most relative deviation of pressure could be 2%, and the range of relative deviation of airflow was 1% to 3%.The technologies of sensor, PLC, invertor, VC programing were adopted to develop the online monitor and control. This paper properly integrated several experimental needs through automatical control technologies, and developed efficient system platform. Thus many design and operation parameters of pneumatic dust collection could be measured automatically in many kinds of runtime conditions, and the optimization operation parameters could be obtained. So the development of pneumatic dust collection in wood industry would be improved properly.
