城市滨水绿地道路交通系统分析

【摘要】 自20世纪90年代以来,我国城市滨水区作为交通运输带的功能逐步下降,而作为高品位城市综合功能区的需求快速增强。通过林荫步行道、自行车道、植被及景观小品等将滨水区联系起来,不仅可以保持水体岸线的连续性,而且可以改善城市大气环境质量,滨水景观日益收到重视,城市滨水绿地也成为市民休闲娱乐的场所。目前国内已有的研究成果多是关于滨水景观、滨水空间的研究,多集中在较大范围的研究。而本文则针对“城市滨水绿地的道路交通体系”这一滨水景观的构成骨架,以滨水绿地的可达性为基础,根据对游人对步行环境的需求以及道路设计原理等理论来探讨如何解决城市滨水绿地与城市交通系统的协调问题及城市滨水绿地内部的道路交通系统与滨水景观各个要素之间如何平衡的问题。并依托笔者在2007年11月至2008年2月期间参与山东诸城潍河景观带规划设计,提出了相应的探索性的设计建议。首先,本文结合研究背景和国内外的研究现状阐述论文研究的意义和方法,并进行重要概念的界定。以可达性为着眼点,将其细分为行为可达性、视觉可达性、心理可达性,为滨水绿地内外交通系统的深入研究打下理论基础。其次,也是本文的重点,通过研究国内外滨水绿地外部交通实例,总结了常见的处理滨水绿地外部的城市滨水道路连接的方式。并且,从城市设计、空间设计、景观生态、环境心理学等层面提出了滨水绿地道路设计原则;并根据不同的使用者及交通工具形式对滨水绿地内部道路进行分类并提出了一般性的设计处理方式;分析道路与其他滨水景观要素如景点、驳岸、桥梁以及植物配置之间的关系,目的就在于如何更有效的组织滨水步道流线方便游人使用亲水空间。最后,对比前文提出的设计理论,以山东诸城潍河景观带为研究对象,分析其现状道路系统存在的问题,同时以前文的理论为基础,尝试性地提出了相应的理想的设计建议,希望起到一定的验证作用。

【Abstract】 Since 1990s, in China the function of urban waterfront as transportation belt declined gradually. But as the city’s comprehensive functions of high demand rapid increase. Through the mall walking, bicycle lanes and vegetation and landscape essays will be connected, not only can waterfront maintain the continuity of the shoreline water and can improve the urban atmospheric environment quality, waterfront landscape is received more and more attention than before, the urban waterfront green also become citizens recreation places.At present, domestic existing research results are about the waterfront landscape, waterfront space research, and more focused on a wide range of research. This paper is focused on the traffic system which constitutes the frame of urban waterfront Greenland. Based on the accessibility and the demand of visitors and road pedestrian environment design principle theory to discuss how to solve the urban waterfront green space and urban traffic system of coordination problems and the urban waterfront green internal traffic system and the waterfront landscape elements to balance between the problems. relying on the project that the author participate on February 2008, WeiHe overall planning and detailed planning design, analyses the existing problems of road system, and give some the corresponding design proposals.Firstly, based on the study of the research situation and background, elaborate the significance and methods of this thesis studies, also redefine some important conception. Through a lot of related data access, summary and analysis, elaborated the accessibility of three aspects: the behavior accessibility, visual accessibility, psychological accessibility as the research basis of traffic system in waterfront Greenland.Secondly, also the point of this article, through some external transportation in waterfront Greenland cases studies both in china and other countries, to summarizes common examples of processing waterfront green outside of the urban waterfront road links, namely, separation, optimization and mix. And from the urban design, space design, landscape ecology, environment psychology proposed waterfront road design principles, and green according to different users and transportation of the urban waterfront green form inside the waterfront road classification and puts forward the general design approach to achieve comfortable, convenient, beautiful, hydrophilic design goal. Analysis the relationship between the internal roads and other waterfront landscape elements such as scenery spots, bridges and revetments and plants configuration, the purpose lies in how to organize waterfront internal streamline more effectively, aiming to convenient visitors use hydrophilic space.Finally, the design theory and above in Shandong province Weihe east for research object, analyses the problems existing in the current road system, at the same time, before the theoretical basis, the article puts forward the corresponding proposal, the hope of ideal design plays a certain role of verification
