基于三维数据仿真的飞行程序审核系统设计与开发

【摘要】 为解决民航飞行程序审核的质量控制和效率的问题,三维航迹仿真可以应用于飞行程序设计和审核以及飞行模拟系统等,本文根据飞行设计规范和计算机图形学以及地理信息系统基本理论,以AUTOCAD CIVIL3D作为系统研究平台,利用系统平台提供的地理信息接口进行二次开发。按照国际民航组织《目视和仪表飞行程序设计》第二卷[DOC8168-OPS/611]第四版,为达到和保持运行中可接受的安全水平,符合安全仪表飞行运行的飞行程序各阶段的水平航迹、垂直剖面的区域和越障要求,拟将飞行程序审核系统划分为三个功能模块:地理信息处理模块、三维航迹仿真模块、飞行程序检查模块。各功能模块既互相关联又能够独立使用,三维航迹仿真模块和飞行程序检查模块是建立在地理信息处理模块的基础之上的,三维航迹仿真模块可以协助审核人员检查飞行程序的合理性,飞行程序检查模块协助审核人员检查飞行程序设计中各参数的正确性。系统三大模块有机的结合,有效地提高飞行程序审核人员的审核效率和审核质量。

【Abstract】 To resolve the civil aviation audits of quality control and efficiency issues, three-dimensional trajectory simulation can be applied to the design and review flight procedures and flight simulation systems, this according to the flight design specifications and computer graphics, as well as the basic theory of geographic information systems in order to AUTOCAD CIVIL3D research platform as a system, using geographic information system platform to provide secondary development interface.In accordance with the ICAO, "visual and instrument flight procedures design" VolumeⅡ[DOC8168-OPS/611] fourth edition, in order to achieve and maintain an acceptable level of security operation, in compliance with safety procedures for instrument flight operations of all phases of flight the level of track, vertical profiles of regions and the more obstacles requirements, intends to flight procedures audit system is divided into three functional modules:geographical information processing module, three-dimensional trajectory simulation module, flight procedures of the check module. Each functional module, both related to each other they can be used independently, three-dimensional trajectory simulation module and flight procedures of checking the module is based on geographical information processing module based on the three-dimensional trajectory simulation module can help audit staff examine the reasonableness of flight procedures, flight procedures check module to help auditors examine the design of flight procedures for the correctness of each parameter. System, an organic combination of the three modules to effectively improve the flight procedures auditors audit efficiency and audit quality.
