基于MOSS的C525飞机定检计划管理系统设计和开发

【摘要】 本文对民航飞行学院机型定检计划管理进行研究和分析的基础上,针对C525飞机的定检计划管理进行了实例化研究,并利用MOSS服务器技术设计和开发可供实用的B/S结构Web前端系统。论文以C525飞机定检计划管理系统的设计和开发为主线,对该系统进行了总体设计,确定系统的业务流程和需求,对该系统的主要数据流进行了分析,并对民航飞行学院基于MOSS技术进行服务器部署进行了合理建议。论文对管理系统进行了模块设计和开发,主要工作内容有:1.飞机飞行时间管理模块的设计和开发。该模块主要对整个C525飞机定检计划管理系统的输入数据进行管理。系统模块充分利用了MOSS技术易于开发的特点,采用WEB PART和数据视图实现了数据录入、数据查询和报表功能。2.定检规划模块的设计和开发。通过分析C525飞机的定检规划依据和维修方案的编制流程,确定了C525飞机的基本定检级别为300FH和1200FH,介绍了计划管理系统采用的编号系统ATA100规范,同时实现了维修方案有效性管理功能。定检规划模块还利用飞行时间模块所输入的飞机信息,对定检计划的预测模型进行了研究。3.定检现场计划模块的设计和开发。在模块设计时,对300FH和1200FH定检阶段的现场计划及其工作流程进行了研究。论文采用PERT技术对定检工作流程进行时间参数计算,即对1200FH定检采用确定型时间估算法计算现场计划中各作业、结点的时间参数和预计工期,对300FH定检采用了概率型时间估算法计算工期、结点时间的分布以及按期实现的难易程度。该模块利用MOSS的项目管理功能实现了定检流程的在线项目管理。以上主要工作均基于MOSS技术对C525飞机的定检计划管理系统进行快速开发,降低了开发成本,贴近生产计划管理人员的工作需求。该管理系统的设计和开发,对解决C525飞机多基地、小机群的维修计划信息化和管理问题起到了良好的促进作用。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly discussed the foundation of C525 aircraft inspection program web management system based on Microsoft MOSS server technology. The paper also analysed the C525 aircraft scheduled inspection project management system about design and discussed the system’s business processes,requirements, main data workflow. Writer recommended the MOSS-based system disposal of Civil Aviation Flight University for servers. The design main included as followed:1.Designed and developed the aircraft flying time management modules.The module is scheduled for the entire C525 aircraft inspection program management system to manage the input data. System module take full advantage of the MOSS features which is easy to develop using WEB PART and the data view to achieve a data entry, data query and reporting capabilities.2. Designed and developed the inspection planning module. The module scheduled to review the planning and maintenance programs, determined the basic C525 aircraft inspection interval for 300FH and 1200FH, introduced a numbering system ATA100 specification,developed the validity control interface of maintenance project. Scheduled inspection planning module also used the time data of aircraft flight, researched the aircraft prediction model.3. Designed and developed the field inspection program modules. In the module design, make further research about 300FH and 1200FH field scheduled program.Especially researched the complex 1200FH inspection.The PERT technology is used to calculate the time parameter.Calculated the 1200FH inspection by steadiness time method to determine plan of operations and the expected duration. Calculated the 300FH inspection by probability time method about the duration,node distribution and judge the difficulty.Using the MOSS project management to setup the interface of inspection flow management.C525 program management system uses a mature MOSS platform to carry out front-end Web application of the inspection program by above research.It is taking advantage of the power of MOSS components for rapid development, lower development costs,satisfied the manager of maintenance project. The management system design and development is to solve the C525 aircraft multi-base, a small fleet maintenance program and management issues of information technology.lt is in future which played a good role in promoting operation.
