【摘要】 过熟期白内障(HMC)有特别的临床表现及合并症,目前传统意义上的过熟期白内障已经罕见。由眼部其它疾病引起的白内障,因情况复杂多样,白内障常不能及时手术而发展成过熟期白内障,甚至发生并发症。本文收集了六例特殊类型的过熟期白内障,对其进行分析,并对过熟期白内障及其相关并发性白内障的并发症及其处理、手术方法、预防措施及其重要性的讨论,以期对临床实践有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hypermature cataract (HMC) has special clinical manifestations and complications. At present, traditional hypermature cataract has been rare. The cataracts caused by other eye diseases are complicated and diverse, so cataract surgery often can not be into hypermature cataracts and even complications in time. In this article, the author collected six cases of special types of hypermature cataract, analyzed them, and developed a discussion about the complications and treatments, surgical methods, preventative measures and their importance of hypermature cataract, in order to guide clinical practice.更多还原
