专业社会工作介入小学生亲社会行为培养研究

【摘要】 亲社会行为不仅是道德行为的重要组成部分,也是道德行为的表现方式,它反映了社会的道德水平,而且亲社会行为也是人的社会化发展的重要标志之一,对人的成长发展具有重要的作用。可见亲社会行为的培养不仅是思想道德教育的重要方面,也是心理健康教育的重要方面。通过加强亲社会行为的培养,可以使人们的思想道德培养的认知效果更显著,促进人的社会化发展。本研究从专业社会工作的视角对小学生亲社会行为的培养做了较有深度的探讨。主要框架如下:第一部分交代了研究的背景、研究意义和研究方案。第二部分对相关的概念进行了界定,并对相关理论进行了阐述。第三部分回顾了相关的研究现状。第四部分对专业社会工作介入的可行性进行了分析。第五部分通过访谈与观察,考察了小学生亲社会行为的现状、特点及主要内容,分析了其亲社会行为缺失的原因,探讨了现阶段培养途径存在的缺陷及社会工作介入的现状。第六部分探索了个案工作、小组工作、社区工作三大专业社会工作介入小学生亲社会行为培养的途径,并为思想政治教育的发展提供了借鉴启示。本研究结果表明:专业社会工作介入小学生亲社会行为的培养是可行的,它创新了培养途径,整合了教育资源,实现优势互补,增强了道德教育的实效性,为思想政治教育的发展提供了借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Pro-social behavior is not only an important part of moral behavior, but also the expression of moral behavior. It reflectes the moral level of society, moreover, pro-social behavior is also one important symbol of person’s socialization development,and it plays an important part in human’s growth and development. Obviously, the cultivation of pro-social behavior is not only the important aspect of ideological and moral education,but also the important aspect of psychological health education. By strengthening the cultivation of pro-social behavior, it can make people’s cognitive effects in ideological and moral cultivation more significant,and promote the person’s socialization development.From the perspective of professional social work, this research is to make a profound study on the cultivation of pro-social behavior of pupils. The main frame is as follows:The first part summarizes the background of the question, research’s meaning and research’s methods. The second part defines the key concepts, and elaborates the correlation theories of this research. In the third chapter, it reviews the related studies. In the fourth chapter, it analyses the feasibility of professional social work involvement. Based on interviews and observation, the fifth part describes the status, characteristics and main contents of pupils’pro-social behavior, and analyses the reasons for missing, it also discusses the defects of ways in pro-social behavior cultivating and the situation of social work involvement. In the sixth chapter, it explores the ways of professional social work involvement including case work, group work and community work in pupils’pro-social behavior cultivating, moreover, it provides references and inspirations for the development of ideological and political education.The results of this study indicated:It is feasible for professional social work to get involved in pro-social behavior cultivating of pupils. It innovates ways of cultivation, integrates the educational resources, realizes the complementary in advantages, strengthenes the effectiveness of moral education, and provides references and significances for the development of ideological and political education.
