江西金山金矿发展战略研究

【摘要】 自从2002年10月30日,上海黄金交易所挂牌开业后,中国的黄金市场体制由统购统配政策走向自由交易,黄金真正成为特殊商品可以自由买卖,从而我国黄金市场逐步与国际黄金市场接轨。由此,中国黄金工业迎来高速发展的时期。在大好发展环境下,江西金山金矿作为省内最大的黄金生产商,同时面临巨大发展机会与挑战,制定一个切实可行的企业发展战略是其当务之急。本文通过对我国黄金行业与市场相关重要因素分析,寻找到中国黄金行业价值链构成,并对这一价值链特性进行了详细分析。并在研究企业一手资料及行业相关资料的基础上,总结出企业发展的优势与劣势、机会与威胁。由此总结出江西金山金矿宜采用产业关联与协同的规模扩张战略。这一战略的核心可以表述为“一个扩张三个创新”。即利用独特位势和地理条件进行资源扩张,同时通过市场创新延伸价值链,开发多种直接面向多种消费者的产品,使经营走向有关联并能产生协同效应的多元化。通过技术创新使产品质量提高、效益提升。通过管理创新使企业在黄金生产主业中各项指标领先,处于竞争中的优势地位,为企业深层次发展提供动力。

【Abstract】 Since October 30,2002, the Shanghai Gold Exchange opened, China’s gold market system by the monopoly purchase and allocation policy turn to free trade, the gold truly as special goods can be freely traded, and thus China’s gold market is gradually integrate with the international gold market. As a result, China’s gold industry ushered in a period of rapid development. On the background of good development environment in the Jiangxi province,Jiangxi Jinshan Gold Mine as the largest gold producer also faces enormous opportunities and challenges, and develop a viable business development strategy is its top priority.Through the analysis on the important factors associated with the Chinese gold industry,the article try to find the value chain of China’s gold industry structure, and characteristics of the value chain is analyzed in detail. Based on the study of First-hand information in the research enterprise and industry related information summed up the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the enterprise development,also, concluded the appropriate use of Jinshan gold deposit associated with the collaboration of the scale of industry expansion strategy. The core of this strategy can be described as "an expansion and three innovation. Namely the use of the unique potential and geographical conditions of resource expansion, while extending the value chain through market innovation, developing a variety of direct-to-many consumer products, enabling operation to have relevance and diversity of produce synergies. Through technological innovation to improve product quality, enhance efficiency and management of the enterprise through innovative to lead in the main indicators of gold production, to take the advantage of the competition and enterprises in-depth development of power
