【摘要】 随着日趋激烈的现代市场竞争,企业面临的压力也日趋增大,如何能在更短的时间以更低的成本生产出质量更高的产品,成为企业提高生产效率的关键。如今大多数企业都已把CAD/CAM/CAPP等计算机辅助技术CAX运用到生产设计中,这些技术的运用大大提高了产品开发的效率,但也产生了很多问题。由于不同的部门使用不同的CAX系统,导致产生的大量产品数据信息之间缺少互补性,信息不能有效共享,形成一些“信息孤岛”,很多可能有用的数据信息不能得到及时有效的管理归类,必将影响到产品研发的效率。产品数据管理(PDM)系统的目的就是对企业中的产品数据信息进行有效集成和管理,解决以上遇到的问题。本学位论文的主要工作是:对产品数据管理系统的研究背景和项目来源、实施目的、发展趋势以及我国的发展现状进行阐述,对产品数据管理在开发和应用中的几个关键技术进行分析,明确了PDM系统所涉及的具体领域。针对安徽泰尔重工有限公司的产品特点,确定了产品数据管理的系统目标,对柔性编码、产品对象、使用人员等进行了需求分析,并通过一个具体的产品数据管理系统的开发设计,来说明产品管理、权限管理、系统管理、协同管理、流程管理等PDM系统各个重要模块之间的作用和联系。系统简单实用,又充分考虑到了产品数据的灵活性和扩展性,能有效提高企业的生产效率。文章最后对全文进行了总结,指出了文章的不足之处,并指出需要进一步完善的工作,以及以后努力的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasingly fierce competition in modern market, enterprises are facing increasing pressure. How can manufacture products of higher quality and lower cost in a shorter time, which is the key of improving production efficiency. Today, most enterprises have taken the application to production design just as CAD/CAM/CAPP and other computer-aided technologies CAX. The using of these technologies has greatly enhanced the efficiency of production development, but also taken many problems. Because different departments use different CAX systems, which is lack of complementarity between the information of a large number of product data. Information which can not be effectively shared results in the formation of some "information islands", and a lot of useful data information can not be classified and managed in time and effectively, and it will affect the efficiency of product development. Product data management(PDM)system is aimed at integrating and managing the enterprise’s product data information effectively, and solving the problems above.The main work of this dissertation is: Expatiate on the product data management’s research background and project source, purpose, the development trend and the developing situation of China. Analyse some key technologies of the development and application of product data management, and ensure the specific areas of PDM system clearly. Aiming at products’characteristics of Anhui Taier Heavy Industry Co. Ltd., ensure the PDM target, and make a needs analysis to flexible code, product objects, users and so on. With a specific example of designing development of product data management, illustrate the functions and relations among all major PDM system modules, including product management module, right management, system management, collaborative management and workflow management and so on.System is simple and practical, but also takes the product data’s flexibility and expansibility into account fully. And it can improve production efficiency. Finally , sum up the total essay and point out the shortcomings of the essay and works to further improve and the direction of future efforts.更多还原
