城市道路新老路基路面结合处差异沉降处治技术研究

【摘要】 对城市道路进行改扩建是提高城市通行能力的有效措施,不仅能够有效解决当前投入的困难,又能快速满足日益增长的交通需求。本文针对城市道路改扩建工程中遇到的新老路基路面结合处会是道路薄弱路段的情况,根据实地调查提出了新老路基路面结合处常见病害及其机理分析,表明不均匀差异沉降是造成结合处病害的主要原因。并对城市道路改扩建工程结合处问题分别从地基、路基、路面三个层面进行减少差异沉降的处治技术研究,其中最主要的问题就是结合处新老路基之间的衔接。最后利用ANSYS有限元软件分析,对于新老路基路面结合处开挖台阶后铺设土工格栅用于减少差异沉降的方法,确实能够起到有效减少结合处差异沉降的作用,根据土工格栅的不同铺设情况,减少差异沉降的效果也随之改变。

【Abstract】 The rebuilding and extension of urban roads is an effective measure to improve urban traffic capacity. It could not only solve the investment difficulty effectively, but also meet the increasingly traffic demand. This paper is focusing on the weak junction in the new and old road base and road surface of urban road rebuilding and extension. According to field survey, the common disease of the junction in the new and old road base and road surface is investigated and its mechanism is analyzed, showing that the surface uneven settlement is the main reason that causes junction disease. The treatment technique of differential settlement for junction problem in the rebuilding and extension of unban roads is studied from three levels, i.e. foundation, road base and road surface. The main problem is the connection between the interface of new and old road base. Finally, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied, getting the result that the way of excavating step and laying geogrid in junction of the new and old road base and road surface to reduce the differential settlement could indeed play an effective role in reducing the differential settlement in junction. The effect of reducing the differential settlement changes according to the different way of laying the geogrid.
