【摘要】 土石坝水库枢纽工程费用和效益的研究,对于资源的优化配置有着重要的意义。论文简要阐述了对土石坝水库枢纽工程费用、效益的认识,详细论述了其包含的内容、产生的机理和影响因素。在探讨了常用理论及方法特点和土石坝水库正常运行可靠性时间的基础上,重点分析研究了土石坝水库枢纽工程各费用、效益的量化算法;并就在利用ANSYS与MATLAB等专业软件的基础上,对量化算法的程序解法进行了进一步的研究,提出并获得了土石坝水库枢纽工程的可靠效益费用量化比。同时,在运用方案类比法的基础上,提出了水库效费比的约束指数,以此来反映水库枢纽工程间接效益的作用。最后针对三种不同的坝型设计方案,对安徽省池州市一土石坝水库枢纽工程的费用效益量化比进行了计算,并从费用效益量化比的角度上,对优选方案提出了建议。结尾,总结了全文的研究成果,展望了今后进一步研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of expenses and benefits of dam reservoir project has a great deal of significance for the Resource Allocation. This Paper briefly described the expenses and benefits of the dam reservoir project, effective understanding of the process, discussed in detail the content it contains, the resulting mechanism and influence factors. Based on exploring the theory and methods commonly used and reliability of dam reservoir projects running time, has a key analysis of the cost-effective quantitative methods of the dam reservoir project; and a further research of the programmable solution for the quantitative methods by using specialized software such as ANSYS and MATLAB, then the reliable benefits expenses ratio is calculated based on above. Meanwhile, in the use of programs based on the analogy proposed reservoir constraints cost-effective index, in order to reflect the indirect benefits of the role of reservoir. Finally, comparing three different design options of a dam in Chizhou City of Anhui Province, a dam reservoir project quantify of the expenses and the benefits were calculated, and the effectiveness of quantitative point of view than on the optimal scheme proposed. At the end of this paper, the text summarizes the results of research and look forward to the future direction for further research.更多还原
