【摘要】 目的探讨针灸治疗中风的病因病机,系统总结与归纳针灸治疗中风的不同方法和规律,为针灸治疗中风提供有益的思路与客观理论依据。方法通过收集、参考古代与现代医学的文献,整理与总结祖国传统医学对中风的病因病机和现代医学对中风发病机理的认识,以及中医针灸治疗中风的原则和方法,同时探讨针灸治疗中风的机制。结果针灸治疗中风疗效肯定,不仅可用于中风急性期的急救治疗,而且在改善中风后遗症方面有不可替代的疗效。在运用方面有体针、头针、眼针、耳针、口针、舌针、颈项针等多种方法,其作用机制也是多方面、多靶点的。结论针灸治疗中风是一种切实可行、安全的治疗方法,不仅疗效肯定,而且方法多样、内容丰富、依据充分,值得在临床广泛推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis and mechanism of stroke treated by acupuncture,and to summarize different methods and law of acupuncture treating stroke so as to provide useful train of thought and objective theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of stroke.Methods:Through collection of archaic and modern medical literature,analyze and summarize the understanding of pathogenesis and mechanism of stroke of traditional medicine science and modern medicine,as well as the principles and methods of acupuncture treating stroke and the therapeutic mechanisms.Results:Acupuncture has proved effective on treating stroke.Not only can it alleviate the patient’s condition,improve the apoplexy sequelae,but also can it prevent the happening of stroke.There are body acupuncture,scalp acupuncture,eye acupuncture, auricular needling,scalpellum,latch acupuncture and neck acupuncture, and so on for clinical use.Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy is a good and safe way for treating stroke patients.It not only has certain therapeutic effect,but also has kinds of different ways,abundant content and sufficient theoretical foundations which is worth being spread and applied in clinic.更多还原
