【摘要】 目的：本课题旨在讨论消癥饮对子宫内膜异位症患者外周血IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4、EMAb、CA125的调节作用及临床症状、体征改善情况,来进一步探讨消癥饮治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制。方法：研究从中医学理论观点出发,并结合现代医学检测技术选取60例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为中药消癥饮治疗组(30例)和中成药散结镇痛胶囊对照组(30例),观察两组病例临床症状及体征改善情况,并检测外周血IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4、EMAb、CA125治疗前后的变化情况。结果：治疗组和对照组临床总有效率为96.67%和56.67%；二者均能改善患者临床症状,缓解痛经,调整月经周期,恢复排卵；组间比较,差异显著,治疗组疗效优于对照组；在消除体征方面,治疗组能够有效地消除囊肿,较对照组显示出较大的优越性。外周血检测治疗前两组IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4、EMAb、CA125水平均高于正常,治疗后均有不同程度的下降,二者比较有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论：消癥饮治疗子宫内膜异位症能够有效改善患者临床症状及体征,并能够纠正子宫内膜异位症患者体内存在的免疫紊乱和内分泌失衡状态。消癥饮是治疗该病的有效方药,疗效稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The topic to discuss consumer decoction on peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis Ig A, IgG, IgM, C3,C4, EMAb, CA125 and regulation of clinical symptoms and signs, to further explore the Xiaozheng Treated endometriosis in rats.Methods:Research from the point of view of medical theory and combined with modern medical detection technology selected 60 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into the consumer decoction treated group (30 cases) and proprietary Sanjie analgesic capsule control group (30), cases were observed improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, and peripheral blood Ig A, IgG, IgM, C3,C4, EMAb, CA125 changes before and after treatment.
