基于灰色预测模型和模糊PID控制的汽车发动机电喷系统控制应用

【摘要】 汽车发动机电控系统对汽车速度控制和排放控制有很大影响。本文对发动机各种工况进行分析,为了使发动机达到动力性、经济性、排放性能等的最优控制的要求,对控制系统的开环控制和闭环控制提出了两种不同的控制策略。将灰色预测模型应用于电喷控制的开环控制中,采用灰色预测的方法依据汽车发动机目前运行参数对下一运行状况进行预测,这种“事前控制”方式的灰色预测模型具有采样数据少、预测性强、实时性好、适应性强等优点。将模糊自整定PID控制的方法引用于电喷控制的闭环控制中,模糊自整定PID控制兼顾了模糊控制和PID控制的优点,不需要精确的模型且鲁棒性好、精度高、反应速度快,有利于提高发动机的效率。

【Abstract】 The Engine electronic control system has great influence on automobile speed and emission control .This thesis analyse engine behaviour, in order to reach the engine power, economy and emission performance optimal control, proposed two different control strategies in the open-loop control and closed-loop control system. Grey model is used to the open-loop control of EFI System, based on engine current operating parameters using the gray prediction method to predict the next run, this "pre-control" has less sampled-data and predictability strong, real-timing good, adaptability strong,etc. Fuzzy self-adaptive PID control method is applied to closed-loop control of EFI System, Grey model has both fuzzy control and PID control advantages, which has inaccurate model, robustness, high precision, fast response,etc., and will be beneficial to improve the efficiency of engine.
