【摘要】 本文先从文化、现代化与文化现代化概念阐释与认识中来强调社会主义文化现代化建设的重大意义。文化问题是一个国家社会发展过程中的深层问题,中国现代化改革进程如果不能在文化层面完成现代化,那么这场现代化的转型很难真正完全实现。从毛泽东开始到胡锦涛为中心的第四代中央领导集体,在中国特色社会主义文化建设道路探索上建立了卓著功勋。毛泽东提出了中国社会主义现代化文化建设的根本宗旨,提出了一系列文化思想建设的方法和原则。邓小平从中国特色社会主义现代化建设的实际出发,创造性地提出了社会主义精神文明建设的思想。党的第三代中央领导集体提出来了有中国特色社会主义的文化建设纲领,是对毛泽东的文化建设思想和邓小平的精神文明建设理论的继承、坚持、丰富和发展。以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央在新的历史条件下,根据新的形势和任务提出以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的文化发展观,进一步深化和发展了邓小平、江泽民的文化建设思想。在今天我们只有更好地把握新形势下社会主义精神文明建设的规律,与时俱进,大力发展中国先进文化,才能为全面建设小康社会提供有力的思想保证、精神动力和智力支持。我国社会主义文化现代化建设所面临的形势是十分严峻的。从国内来看社会主义文化虽然依靠社会主义政治和经济的力量占据了主导地位,但封建文化并没有退出历史舞台;社会主义市场经济加剧了不同社会群体价值取向、文化选择的多元化状态;从国际方面来看经济全球化和信息网络技术的发展,加速了西方资本主义价值观念对我国的渗透,这都决定了中国当代社会主义先进文化向着理想目标前进的路途绝对不会一帆风顺,其间必然充满了各种挑战。面对国内、国际两方面的严峻挑战,建设中国特色社会主义文化首先必须建设社会主义核心价值体系；第二,加强思想道德和教育科学文化建设；第三,以文化整合与文化创新促进各类文化协调共荣；第四,构建现代文化的保障机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The great significance of socialistic modernization construction is emphasized by means of illuminating and comprehending conceptions of culture, modernization and cultural modernization in this paper. Cultural is a deep-level problem in the process of social development in a nation. Therefore, if cultural modernization cannot be completed in the process of China’s modernization evolution, the modernization transition is not able to be realized wholly.From the first to the fourth state leader group, in the center of Chairman Mao Zedong and Hu Jintao respectively, they made great achievements to China’s socialistic cultural construction. Mao Zedong put forward its fundamental purpose and a series of methods and principles for the cultural and ideological construction. On the basis of the actual situation of distinct Chinese socialism modernization construction, Deng Xiaoping creatively put forward the thought of socialistic spiritual civilization construction. The third state leader group of China’s communist party presented the cultural construction platform of distinct Chinese socialism, which inherits, stick to, enrich and develop the first two state leader groups’thought. In terms of new circumstances and tasks in new historical conditions, Chinese Party Central Committee, Hu Jintao as its general secretary, put forth the culture development view that is people-oriented, comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable, which develops and deepens Deng Xiaoping’s and Jiang Zeming’s cultural construction thoughts. Rules of socialistic spiritual civilization construction should be grasped better, and at the same time, we should advance with the times, develop China’s advancing culture with a lot effort, as well as provide a might ideological guarantee, intellectual impetus and support to the all-round construction of affluent society.It is very tense for our country to build the socialistic cultural modernization. At home, although Depending on socialistic politics and economy, the socialistic culture has been in the central position, the feudal culture has not withdrawn from the arena of history; socialistic market economy escalates different social groups’ diversified value orientations and cultural choices At abroad, economic globalization and the development of information network technique accelerate the infiltration of Western capitalistic value into our country. These circumstances determine that it is impossible for us to develop China’s modern socialistic advanced culture successfully all the time, and it will be face with various difficult challenges.Confronted with severe challenges at home and abroad, China’s socialistic culture should first build the core value system; secondly, the ideological and ethical construction and education, science and culture construction should be intensified; Third, various cultures should be developed together and harmoniously by means of cultural integration and innovation; finally, the security system of modern culture should be set up.更多还原
