网络视频用户心理行为研究

【摘要】 网络视频近几年以远远超出人们预期的速度,迅速发展成为人们生活中的重要媒介。网络视频也确实已经成为全球图像信息交流的新平台。网络视频造就了一个新的信息传播方式。与传统受众相比,在网络视频传播活动中,网络视频用户具有信息时代鲜明的印记,体现出一些鲜明的特点。网络视频用户研究,尤其是网络视频用户心理行为研究,成为切合时代发展的必需。本文运用了传播心理学中的分析方法,着重解析了网络视频用户的心理在其视频使用过程中如何参与并发挥积极作用的。网络视频用户作为迅速扩充的庞大群体,在心理行为方面,有区别于以往媒体受众的特征,分别表现在个性意识的张扬、社会联系的强化、虚拟社会的特质、自主选择的能力和参与视频的制作。论文以网络视频用户心理及其行为特征的分析为基础进行了网络视频用户心理行为环境分析,从内外两个大方面系统的论述了个体情感环境、个体认知环境、个体控制环境、效果反馈环境四个内部环境以及视频、时间、群组等外部环境。并从中提炼出可控性较强的五个网络视频用户心理行为影响因素,分别为情感因素、知识经验因素、控制策略因素、视频因素和使用效果因素,着重分析了这些影响因素的作用机制及作用条件。最后,分析了网络视频用户心理行为的过程,从发生流程和效果形成两个方面进行了具体的分析,着重于论述了网络视频用户心理行为效果形成过程的五个阶段:初步表象形成阶段、表征形成阶段、意义建构形成阶段、情感理解形成阶段和情意建构形成阶段。

【Abstract】 In recent years, Network video with the rapidly speed far exceeded expectations developed into an important medium for people. Network video has become a new platform for the exchange of image information. The research of network video users is benefit of analyzing the impact of internet video on social development, and through it we can actively guide it and avoid its negative effects. In this paper, using the dissemination of analytical methods of psychology, author focus on analysis of the psychology of online video users and how it affects the process.As a rapidly expanding group, there is different between online video users from the past in the psychological aspects. The characteristic of online video users is reflected in the individual Consciousness, strengthening social ties, the characteristics of virtual society, the ability to choose and participate in video production. Paper used online video users of psychological and behavioral characteristics of the video as the basis for a network user environment of psychological behavior, Including the individual emotional environment, individual cognitive environments, individual control environment, the feedback environment four internal environment as well as the external environment such as video, time, groups. From which to extract the controllability five factors of online video user’s behaviorism psychology namely, emotional factors, knowledge and experience factors, factors that control strategy, video elements and the effect of factors, focus on the influence of these factors and the mechanism of role conditions. Finally, the analysis of online video users the process of behaviorism psychology, which have five stages:the formation of the initial appearance stage, characterized formation stage, the formation of meaning construction phase, the formation of emotional understanding of the formation stage of construction phase and affection.
