高职院校科研管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 在高职院校的日常管理工作中,科研管理无疑越来越复杂、越来越重要,其管理模式的科学化与规范化、管理手段的信息化与自动化必将对学校的总体发展产生深远的影响,如何利用先进的技术手段来加强科学的管理是我们高职教育目前面临的重要课题。在当前形式下,实现科研管理信息化,加强日常科研工作管理,整合科研工作流程,为决策层提供真实有效的参考依据,从而提升科研管理水平,是当今高校科研管理的大势所趋。虽然科研工作集中管理、量化管理是高职院校中比较流行的管理、考核方法,但是,目前在高职院校这方面的系统还不多见,且不能完全满足高职院校科研成果量逐渐增加、科研工作政策灵活的特点,因此设计开发面向高职院校的科研管理信息系统具有十分重要的意义。本课题通过对高职院校科研管理系统开发的实际项目为背景,针对科研工作的具体管理方式、量化指标来开发相应软件,利用软件工程的方法,从系统分析、系统设计、软件开发等方面最终实现一个基于VB的科研信息管理系统,该系统应用Microsoft Access数据库、管理系统、SQL语言查询操作、VB应用程序设计完成对高校科研管理系统的需求分析、功能模块划分、数据库模式分析,并由此设计了数据库结构和开发了应用程序,给出了主要模块的算法,并附带了一些主要的窗口和程序代码。具有人性化的用户界面,可靠的数据安全机制,从而在一定程度上可以提高科研管理效率和科研管理工作的质量,推进科研管理的信息化。当然本系统还存在一些不尽人意的地方,还有一定的差距,如在系统界面风格设计上不够美观,系统功能上也存在需要完善的地方。由于时间有限,缺乏对系统完整的测试,还需要不断地对系统功能模块进行维护和修改,使其适应新的管理要求。

【Abstract】 Vocational institutions in the daily management of work, research management is undoubtedly more complex, more and more important, its management more scientific and standardized management tools of information technology and automation is bound to the overall development of schools have far-reaching impact. How to use advanced techniques to strengthen the scientific management of our vocational education an important issue currently facing. In the current form, management information of scientific research, strengthening research and daily work management, integrated research and work processes, in order to provide a real and effective decision-making frame of reference so as to enhance scientific research and management level, is the general trend of today’s university research management. Centralize the management of scientific research, quantitative management is more popular in higher vocational colleges of management, assessment methods, but the current vocational colleges in this regard, the system is also rare, and can not fully meet the research results was gradually higher vocational colleges increase in research and the characteristics of a flexible working policy, so designing and developing higher vocational institutions for scientific research management information system is of great significance.The topic of the higher vocational colleges through research and development of the actual project management system for the background for research work in the specific management, quantitative targets to develop the corresponding software, make full use of software engineering methods, from system analysis, system design, software development, etc. in the eventual realization of a VB-based research and information management system. The system utilizes Microsoft Access database management system, SQL language queries, VB application design to complete management system for university research and needs analysis, functional module division, database modeling, and thus designed the database structure and development of the application. Gives the main modules of the algorithm and comes with some of the main window and program code. With an intuitive user interface, reliable data security mechanisms to a certain extent, can improve the efficiency of research management and scientific management of the quality of work and promote scientific research and management of information technology.However, this system there are still some undesirable places, there is a certain gap. If the system interface design, aesthetic style, system functions also are in need of good local. Owing to time constraints, lack of system integrity testing, but also need to keep the system functional modules for maintenance and modifications to adapt to the new regulatory requirements.
