新型数控射孔仪研究与实现

【摘要】 本文总结了新型数控射孔仪研究与实现的主要设计和开发工作,介绍了在开发过程中所使用的关键技术。文中首先分析了课题提出的背景及意义。然后介绍了系统的开发环境,详尽地描述了本系统的设计方案与实现策略,对相关技术进行分析和选择。最后,总结全文并给出了下一步工作的展望。本文中实现CCL作业分析与设计:跟踪套管节箍,从套管短节开始测至最后标准节箍。根据挂档方式自动计算每炮标箍位置及该炮提放值,打印机实时输出该炮射孔跟踪图。本文同时实现了节箍识别:根据节箍信号的特征准确识别主尖峰信号,就可以有效地确定出套管节箍的深度,从而可以准确的定位射孔深度,保证射孔施工的顺利进行,防止误射孔的发生。整个设计采用面向对象和可视化的界面设计方法。新型数控射孔仪研究与实现中射孔现场实测跨Windows XP操作平台,软件采用VB6.0编写。模块化结构,全中文界面,便于软件功能扩展及完善。开放式系统,允许用户修改系统参数及初始参数。发挥计算机强大运算能力,用软件实现自动识别节箍信号;自动挂档;自动点火;自动深度靠齐;自动校深对图;数据自动存盘等功能。尽量减少人工干预,实现全自动电缆射孔;全自动一次校深;全自动校深射孔。射孔资料处理:实现自动曲线录入、自动平差计算、自动排炮、自动确定标箍、自动存盘等功能。实现现场实测曲线回放和资料验收曲线回放。减少人工干预程度,实现资料处理―现场施工―资料回放验收,三个环节磁盘传递数据。

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the main design and development work on the research and realization of the new digital control perforating instrument, introduces the key technologies used in the development process. This paper first analyzes the background and significance raised by the issues. Then it introduces the system development environment, describes the system design and implementation of strategies in detail, analyses and chooses related technologies. Finally, it summarizes the full paper and gives the outlook for future work.This paper realizes the analysis and design of CCL operation: tracking the festival hoops of pipe, which are measured starting from the short hoop of pipe to the last section of the standard hoop. According to hanging file mode, the system automatically calculates the standard hoop and lifting value of each gun position and printer outputs the real-time trace map of the perforating gun.At the same time, this paper achieves the festival hoop recognition: The system accurately identifies the main peak signal according to the characteristic of the festival hoop signal; we can effectively determine the depth of the bolster hoop, which can accurately locate the depth of perforation, ensure the smooth progress of perforation and prevent accidental perforation from occurring.The whole design uses the approach of the object-oriented and visualization interface design. Perforation site measurement in New Digital Control Instrument Research and Implementation bases Windows XP operating platform, the software designs using VB6.0. Modular structure, all Chinese language interfaces facilitates the expansion and improves software features. Open system allows users to modify system parameters and initial parameters. Powerful computing capability works, Using software automatically identifies the festival hoop signal; auto-linked files; auto-ignition; automatic depth Snap; automatically school deep right map; automatic data archiving and other functions. To minimize manual intervention, the system achieves automatic cable perforation; automatic once school deep; automatic school deep perforation. Perforation data processing: automatic curve of input, automatic adjustment calculation, automatic Pai Pao, automatically determines the standard hoop, automatic archiving and other functions. The system achieves the playback of measured curve on-site and information and data acceptance curve. The system reduces the degree of human intervention and achieves data processing - site construction - data playback acceptance, and three links to transfer data disks.
