辽河油田科技管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 众所周知,计算机信息产业风靡全球,并极大地改变了当今世界。从某种程度上看,计算机技术和信息网络技术在石油工程上的应用程度是衡量一个国家、一个油田生产管理水平高低的重要标志。近年来,油田公司成功完成了《辽河油田科技管理信息系统》,在现场采集、数据库建设、数据录入、数据处理、表格回放、图形绘制、远程传输、生产调度、完井资料处理、资料审核、网站建设、网上信息服务及网络安全管理建设等方方面面积累了丰富的经验,建立了完备的网络和软、硬件技术平台。随着石油工业的发展和信息技术的进步,围绕科技转化生产力的应用也越来越显示出它的重要性。油气勘探开发过程中每钻一口井,现场除了获得大量的地质信息外,同时还获得大量有关钻井工程、钻井监督、测井、试油等方面的信息,实时获取这些信息,并在第一时间将这些信息提供给甲方及勘探开发技术人员,让他们做出及时的决策以指导现场生产作业油田生产各单位各领域迫切需要解决的问题。此外,钻井过程中围绕井筒作业所获取的各项资料,是油田最宝贵的第一手数据资源,为了很好地保存、日后查询及充分利用这些数据资源,同时也为了满足工程技术人员在钻井作业过程中的决策和技术咨询的需要,需在计算机软件、硬件及网络环境下,建立集录井、钻井、工程监督、测井、试油等作业过程的远程实时监控、信息管理与分析应用、工程计算与技术咨询、生产远程调度管理与辅助决策专家系统于一体的集成化“辽河油田科技管理信息系统”。随着测井及试油数据工作的开展,现场井筒数据一并统一管理、统一集成在同一平台。通过各个系统的建设,实现油田勘探开发现场施工的远程监控、高效钻井和协同作业。科技管理信息系统是科技发展部的内部项目管理平台内部办公协作平台和外部信息门户科技服务的综合信息系统,其最终目标是将科技管理工作中所涉及的各类信息高度集成于统一的综合信息平台中,从而有效地将科技成果信息科技项目信息科技人才信息科技政策信息重大科技活动信息内部办公信息等信息资源整合在一起,以便二级单位及时了解局内的各种通知通告,分类信息;掌握企业项目成果人才政策活动等情况,并结合这些信息资源实现管理查询统计分析等功能,提供决策支持,提高管理水平效率及质量,系统覆盖勘探局科技发展部下属所有二级单位科技管理部门及其三级单位的项目组,为实现科技发展部科技工作发展思路提供重要的技术保障。

【Abstract】 As we all know, nowadays, the computer information industry has swept the world, and has changed the world greatly. To some extent, the applications of computer technology and information network technology in petroleum engineering degree is an important indicator of the level to measure a country and an oil field production management. Recent years, oil companies have successfully completed a "technology platform, system construction," and accumulated rich experiences in the field collection, database construction, data entry, data processing, forms playback, graphics rendering, remote transmission, production scheduling, completion data processing, data review, site building, on-line information service and network security management , established a complete network and software and hardware technology platform.With the oil industry’s development and progress in information technology, the application of science and technology into productive forces increasingly show its importance. In the process of oil and gas exploration and development of drilling a well for each scene , not only get a lot of geological information , but also access to a large number of information about the drilling engineering, drilling supervision, logging, try oil of information and the information will be provided to the owner and the exploration and development of technical staff, so that they can make decisions timely to guide the on-site oil production operations in various fields of production units need to be addressed urgently. In addition, all the information which is gain in the drilling process around the shaft job is the most valuable first-hand data on oil resources, in order to preserve for long period、future inquiries and make full use of these data resources, as well as to satisfy the engineering and technical personnel’s decision-making and technical advice in the process of the drilling well, need to establish a "technology platform management system" integrated the remote real-time monitoring、information management and analytic applications、engineering computing and technology consulting、production remote management and decision-making aided expert system of logging、drilling、engineering supervision、logging、oil job process under the circumstances of the computer software、hardware and network.With the logging and production test data work, on-site borehole datas are managed unifily and integrated into the same platform. Through the various systems of construction, the workers build oil exploration and development of remote monitoring on-site construction, efficient drilling and collaboration.Science and Technology Management Information System is a integrate information system including Science & Technology Development’s platform of the internal project management, office collaboration within the portal platform and external information technology services ,the ultimate goal is to make the all types information of science and technology management to unit a highly integrated comprehensive information platforms, thus effectively incorporate scientific and technological achievements of information technology project information technology professionals of information technology policy information of major scientific and technical activities within the office information and other information resources together, in order to keep abreast of two units of the Bureau of the various notification notice, classified information; and master Enterprise Project outcomes activities of personnel policy, and combine the information resources to achieve the management of inquiries, statistical analysis and other functions and provide decision support, improve management efficiency and quality, The system includes all two units about technological development in Ministry of scientific and technological development Exploration Bureau and technology management 3 units, provide an important technical support for science and technology development ideas of scientific and technological development work.
