可重复使用的骨生长定量检测盒的研制

【摘要】 目的:设计并制作可重复使用的骨生长定量检测盒(bone harvest chamber,BHC),验证其是否可置入贵州小型猪骨骼中并在同一动物体内重复使用。方法:(1)根据贵州小型猪肱骨和股骨的解剖资料设计并制作BHC。(2)贵州小型猪两只,将已填装好成骨材料的BHC分别植入其肱骨和股骨干骺端。术后两周行影像学检查,术后4周更换新填装好成骨材料的生长盒。结果:1、BHC尺寸大小合适2、BHC可置入小型猪体内,固定牢固,并可在同一动物体内重复使用。结论:BHC可置入小型猪肱骨和股骨干骺端,可装入不同的成骨材料,组织相容性好,并可重复使用,操作简单易行。

【Abstract】 Objective:(1)We create the bone harvest chamber(BHC), then verify the possibility that if it can be imbedded into the bones of the Guizhou minipig and used repeatedly in the same minipig. Methods:(1) We designed and made the BHC according to the anatomical data of the humerus and femur of GuiZhou minipigs. (2)Two Guizhou minipig were used. The BHC which were loaded the bone graft materials were imbedded into humeral and femoral metaphysis of the Guizhou minipigs. Checked them by imaging detection at postoperative 2 weeks,and harvested chambers at postoperative 4 weeks while imbeded new chambers. Results:1、The dimension of the BHC is suitable.2、BHC can be imbeded into the bones of the Guizhou minipig securely and used repeatedly in the same minipig. Conclusion: BHC can be loaded kinds of bone graft materials and can be imbeded into the bones of the Guizhou minipig. The histocompatibility of the BHC is very well, which can be used repeatedly, and the operation is simple.
