【摘要】 2008年,美国发生次贷危机,此次危机的发生,引起了人们对20世纪三十年代金融危机的重新关注。论文以两次经济危机的比较为切入点,共分为四个部分。第一部分探讨两次经济危机爆发的背景和原因,从制度根源、次贷危机、消费习惯等方面入手。第二部分分析两次经济危机的特点。分别分析了1929-1933年经济危机的特点,如工业危机、农业危机、货币信贷危机、国际贸易严重萎缩以及2008年经济危机的特点,如金融危机、世界经济低增长、外贸危机、能源和粮食问题、全球通货膨胀与紧缩。第三部分对奥巴马政府与罗斯福政府应对两次经济危机所采取的措施进行比较。着重论述整顿金融体系、社会救济和公共工程、税收政策、社会保障政策以及奥巴马的时代特点。第四部分探讨两次经济危机带来的启示,有经验和教训也有对奥巴马政府的借鉴意义。文章采用比较研究的方法,将两次经济危机进行横向比较,运用相关史实分别阐明两次危机在产生背景和原因、特点和应对措施上的共同点和不同点,以期使我们对两次经济危机有一个更深刻而全面的认识,对今后应对危机起到借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2008, the US has the loan crisis, this crisis’s occurrence, has caused the people to the 20th century the 30s financial crisis’s attention again.The paper takes two economic crisis’s comparisons as a breakthrough point, be divided into four parts altogether. The second part analyzes two economic crisis’s characteristics. Has analyzed 1929-1933 year economic crisis’s characteristic separately, like industrial crisis, agricultural crisis, currency credit crisis, international trade serious atrophy as well as in 2008 economic crisis Characteristic, like financial crisis, world economics low growth, foreign trade crisis, energy and grain question, whole world inflation and contraction. The third part deals with the measure which to the Austria Pama Government and the Roosevelt government two economic crises adopt to carry on the comparison. Emphatically elaboration reorganization financial system, social relief and public works, tax policy, social security policy as well as Austria Pama’s time characteristic. The fourth part discusses the enlightenment which two economic crises bring, has the experience and the lesson also has to the Austria Pama Government profits from the significance.The article uses the comparison research the method, carries on the crosswise comparison two economic crises, the utilization related historical evidence expounded separately two crisis in has in the background and the reason, the characteristic and the counter measures common ground and the diversity, enables us by the time to have one to two economic crises more profound and a comprehensive understanding, will deal with the crisis to the present to play profits from the role.更多还原
