SiO2-TiO2亲水薄膜的制备及亲水性能研究

【摘要】 TiO2薄膜具有优异的光催化和光致超亲水性,又解决了TiO2粉体回收利用的问题,因此在光催化降解有机物,医疗卫生及防雾自清洁等领域有着广阔的应用前景。而TiO2薄膜只在紫外光下才具有良好的光催化和超亲水性,因而拓展TiO2薄膜的吸光光谱范围,提高TiO2薄膜对可见光的利用率,是TiO2薄膜在可见光下表现出良好的超亲水性已经成为一个具有实际意义的课题。SiO2是稳定的蓄水材料,这是由于SiO2表面可吸附较多的水形成与硅原子相对称的表面羟基团。本文鉴于SiO2良好的蓄水功能,选择用SiO2掺杂改性TiO2薄膜,研究内容分为三部分:首先,以钛酸丁酯(TBOT)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体制备混合溶胶,用溶胶-凝胶法制备SiO2-TiO2薄膜;其次,比较了马弗炉烧结和微波烧结所制得的SiO2-TiO2薄膜的亲水性能;最后研究了SiO2-TiO2混合溶胶的稳定性,即其胶凝过程,因为混合溶胶的稳定性是溶胶-凝胶法涂膜的基础。通过我们的研究,结果表明:(1)在VTEOS:VTBOT=0.75时,所得薄膜在可见光下就有良好的超亲水性。紫外可见光谱也说明了与纯TiO2薄膜相比,所得产品在可见光中有较显著的吸收。(2)马弗炉烧结的产品亲水性更好,微波烧结的薄膜容易脱落,而且微波烧结的薄膜中亲水性基团遭到了破坏。(3)SiO2-TiO2混合溶胶稳定的最佳pH为3.5,最佳保存温度为10℃,在此实验参数下,SiO2-TiO2混合溶胶的胶凝时间为7天。

【Abstract】 TiO2 film has excellent photocatalytic and photoinduction superdrophilic characteristics and solves the problem of TiO2 power’s recycling for further utilization. It has broad application prospects in fields of catalytic degradation of organic matter in the light, desensitized solar cells, antifogging and self-cleaning. While only UV-light can induce TiO2 film’s photocatalytic and superdrophilic characteristics, so it is quite important to raise the utilization rate of visible light and to maintain hydrophilic stability of TiO2 film.SiO2 is a type of stable water-impounding material, because SiO2 surface can absorbe much more water and form symmetric hydroxyl groups with Si atoms. Considering SiO2’s water-impounding property, we chose it to dope with TiO2 film, our study include three parts:First, we prepared SiO2TiO2 mixed gel using butyl titanate and tetraethy orthosilicate as premedicants, and then prepared SiO2-TiO2 film by gel-sol methed. Second, we compared the hydrophility of SiO2-TiO2 films prepared by muffle furnace with those prepared by microware oven. Finally, we studied the stability SiO2-TiO2 mixed gel, for research of gelatinization is the basis to prepare TiO2 film by gel-sol method. Through our study, experiment results show that:(1)When the rate of VTEOS:VTBOT is 0.75, SiO2-TiO2 film has excellent hydrophility in visible light. UV-visible specturm shows that compare with TiO2 film, SiO2-TiO2 film has more absorbance intensity.(2)The hydrophility of SiO2-TiO2 films prepared by muffle furnace is better than those prepared by microwave oven, SiO2-TiO2 films prepared by microwave heating come off easy and hydrophilic group of SiO2-TiO2 films prepared by microwave heating is destroyed during heating.(3)The best pH value of SiO2-TiO2 stable mixed gel is 3.5 and keeping temperature is 10℃. Under that parameter, the time of SiO2-TiO2 mixed gelatinization is 7 days.
