基于虚拟样机技术的三缸内燃式水泵动力学研究

【摘要】 内燃式水泵是将活塞式内燃机与柱塞式水泵从工作机理上集成,将燃料燃烧产生的热能转换成流体压力能的一种新概念水泵。本文采用三维建模软件SolidWorks和虚拟样机仿真软件ADAMS相结合的方法,建立了三缸内燃式水泵样机主体部分的动力学模型。通过动力学仿真,得到了标定工况下三缸内燃式水泵的动力学参数;对三缸内燃式水泵在不同工况下的运转平稳性和动力性进行了分析;根据仿真结果对三缸内燃式水泵的理论瞬时流量和脉动性进行了分析和计算。三缸内燃式水泵缸盖螺栓承受动载荷作用,易于发生疲劳破坏,为保证其能够在规定的工作时间内、在给定的载荷条件下安全地工作,从概率分析的角度对其进行了可靠性研究,在考虑到不同瞬时螺栓所受倾覆力矩变化的影响条件下,建立了三缸内燃式水泵缸盖螺栓联接的可靠性数学模型,并结合动力学仿真结果计算出缸盖螺栓的可靠度为0.9948,满足设计要求。

【Abstract】 The internal combustion water pump is a new kind of pump which integrates piston type internal combustion engine and plunger type pump and can transform heat energy produced by fuel into fluid pressure energy. The main part of the three-cylinder internal combustion water pump dynamic prototype is established with software SolidWorks and ADAMS.The dynamic parameters of the three-cylinder internal combustion water pump in selected work condition are obtained through dynamic simulation, the smoothness of operation and dynamic features in different work conditions are studied, theoretical instantaneous flow and pulsating feature are analyzed and calculated according to simulation results.The cylinder head bolts of the three-cylinder internal combustion water pump are under dynamic load and fatigue failure is easy to happen. In order to ensure its safety in given time and load, reliability study in probability analysis is did. The reliability mathematic model of the cylinder head bolts is established considering the influence of overturning moment in different time, combined with dynamic simulation results, the fiduciary level is calculated out and the result is 0.9948 which satisfys design requirement.
