稳定性固体二氧化氯的研究

【摘要】 二氧化氯是世界卫生组织(WHO)和美国环境组织(EPA)、中国卫生部等公认的新时代绿色消毒剂,具有广谱、高效、快速、安全等特点,广泛应用于水处理、漂白、食品加工、空气清新剂和卫生防疫等领域。与其他杀菌剂相比,二氧化氯是通过其自身的强氧化性,切断微生物细胞蛋白质氨基酸的碳链,使得细胞失去活性,从而达到杀菌的目的,因此不易导致微生物产生抗药性。二氧化氯作为消毒剂不仅可以对一般细菌具有杀灭作用,还可对伤寒、甲肝、乙肝、脊髓灰质炎及目前世界范围内流行的甲型H1N1流感病毒有良好的杀灭和抑制效果。目前,二氧化氯在全球各行各业中的应用相当广泛,其制备方法也有很多,主要分为电化学法(电解法)和化学法两大类,化学法又根据反应原理的不同分为氧化法和还原法两类。根据使用状态的不同,二氧化氯产品分为稳定性液体二氧化氯和稳定性固体二氧化氯两大类。本文对稳定性固体二氧化氯的制备、分析和抗菌测试等方面做了大量的研究,并与市场上几个畅销产品做了相应的对比。稳定性固体二氧化氯消毒剂大多数为白色粉末、片剂、块剂、胶体等各种形状的固体,具有使用条件简单、携带方便、有效期长、存放空间小、无空气污染等特点。本实验采用的是实验室自制的粉状稳定性固体二氧化氯,其主要成分为亚氯酸钠、固体酸、稳定剂和包覆剂,是一种白色粉末,水溶液为黄绿色液体,有刺激性气味。配置成水溶液后,研究了二氧化氯成分的测试方法,并同三种畅销产品的测试结果相对比,得出最佳测试方法。最后通过悬液定量杀菌实验,对这几种产品的杀菌效果进行研究和对比,得出相应结论。

【Abstract】 Chlorine dioxide is a new era of green disinfectant was established by World Health Organization (WHO) and the United States environmental organizations (EPA), Ministry of Health, with broad-spectrum, highly efficient, fast, and security features, widely used in water treatment, bleaching, food processing, air fresheners, and the areas of health and epidemic prevention. Compared with other disinfectants, chlorine dioxide has strong oxidation, it can cut the carbon chain of the microbial cell protein and amino acid, the cells lose their activity, so as to achieve the purpose of sterilization, and in the same time, it is not easy cause microbial resistance. Chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant can not only kill bacteria in general, but also on the typhoid fever, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, polio and the current worldwide epidemic of influenza A H1N1 influenza virus.At present, chlorine dioxide in the global application of a wide range of industries, their preparation methods, there are many, totally they are divided into electrochemical (electrolysis) and chemical, chemical Act is divided into according to the principle of oxidation reaction law and two types of reduction.According to the different use of the state, the stability chlorine dioxide products are divided into the solid and liquid chlorine dioxide. In this paper, we studyed the preparation, analysis and antimicrobial testing of the solid chlorine dioxide, according to doing a lot of research, and corresponding contrast experiments with several best-selling products on the market.Most of the stability solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant are white powder, tablet, block agent, colloid and other forms, it has many propertys, such as simple use, portable, long period, small storage space, no air pollution and so on. In this study the laboratory-made stability of powdered solid chlorine dioxide, the main component is sodium chlorite, acid, stabilizing agent and coating agent, it is a white powder, aqueous solution is yellow-green liquid. We study the chlorine dioxide test methods, and compared with test results of three other kinds of best-selling products, discussed the best testing methods. Finally, though the suspension quantitative bactericidal test, compared the bactericidal effect results with these different kinds of product and receive homologous conclusion.
