平板电视能效标准研究

【摘要】 电视机是重要的家用电器,在人民生活水平不断提高的情况下,我国城乡家庭中平板电视的保有量逐年大幅提高。平板电视改善了外观结构,提高了收视图像质量,但是随着平板电视尺寸的增大,其功耗的增长成为业界普遍关注的焦点,各个国家和地区纷纷开展平板电视节能技术及限制平板电视能耗标准的研究。此研究工作得到了国家广播电视产品质量监督检验中心和国家标准化研究院“平板电视能效限定值及能效等级”标准项目的支持。本文首先介绍了平板电视的现状和技术发展趋势,说明了对于平板电视产品制定能耗标准的重要性,并介绍了国际上目前的研究现状。之后详细阐述了平板电视功耗与其关键特性指标之间的相互关系,在此基础上提出了平板电视能效的概念,并通过对测试接口、测试信号、测试状态以及信号处理、技术发展趋势等方面的研究,对平板电视能效测试进一步完善并提出了一种基于平板电视能效参数的平板电视功耗限制标准。最后通过近百台平板电视机的测试数据从标准的公平性、严谨性和先进性等方面验证了该方法了合理可行

【Abstract】 Flat Panel Display Television (FPDT) is one of the most widely-used and important electronic appliance. With the improvement of people’s living condition there is a great increase of FPDT in both cities and country yards. FPDT improved appearance and enhanced picture quality of traditional television. However, with the increased size of display area, the increased power consumption has became the cynosure to the experts in this filed. Many countries and territories initiate their research on energy-saving for flat panel display and standard-making aimed to limit energy consumption of FPDT.In our country further research is needed in the standard-making field. This paper focuses on the work which is supported by the National Testing and Inspection Center for Radio & TV Products and China National Institute of Standardization. The paper introduces the current status of flat panel display and the develop trend on its technology, speculates the importance of making a standard on energy consumption for FPDT. The paper elaborates the relationship between power consumption and some important factors, base on it come up with the concept of energy efficiency for FPDT. Through the study on test interface, test patterns, test state, signal process and power saving technology we completed the measurement method of energy efficiency for FPDT. Finally we inspected and verified the measurement method through approximate 100 test data that proved the method is fair, rigorous and advanced which can be used as a standard for FPDT.
