基于网络的太阳能新风空调远程控制系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展,工业控制系统越来越多地融入了计算机技术、电子信息技术和通信技术,集成化、网络化、智能化是工业控制系统未来的发展趋势。现场总线技术和远程监控概念就是在这种趋势下产生的。基于网络的远程控制系统摆脱了地域的限制,可以实现多系统、全方位的集成管理和控制,该系统的研究具有十分重要的现实意义。本文从太阳能新风空调控制系统出发,研究一种基于网络的远程控制系统。该控制系统不仅能够满足太阳能新风空调系统的要求,而且控制系统中的远程监控和模糊控制算法等功能同样适用于别的工业控制系统。该系统能有效实现太阳能新风空调系统的运行控制,网络远程监控和对系统出风温度的自动控制等功能。控制系统的控制对象是太阳能新风空调系统,本文首先分析了太阳能新风空调的工作原理和控制需求,制订了以现场总线控制系统为主,网络远程监控为辅的综合控制方案。现场总线的硬件平台采用基于CAN总线的iCAN协议组网,CAN总线组网灵活,而且可靠性高。控制系统软件采用虚拟仪器技术,利用LabWindows/CVI开发。控制软件包含了运行控制、数据监控、数据保存和自控算法等内容。其中自控算法采用模糊控制,在算法实现上采用了LabWindows/CVI和Matlab的混合编程。网络远程监控基于TCP/IP协议,主要实现数据交互和监控显示功能,远程监控利用LabWindows/CVI集成的TCP库函数开发。控制系统集合了现场总线技术、网络技术、虚拟仪器技术和智能控制算法,适应了现代工业控制系统的发展方向。

【Abstract】 By the development of science and technology, computer technology, information technology, and telecommunication is more and more integrated into industrial control system. Integration, network, and intelligence is the develop trend of the future industrial control system. Field bus and remote monitoring is put forward in this trend. Remote control system based on network overcomes the limit of geography. It can manage and control multisystem in all directions. The research of this system is very meaningful.In this paper, it is to research a remote control system based on network used for solar energy fresh air system. The control system can not only meet the requirement of solar energy fresh air system, but also be applied in other industrial control system by using the control model. The system performs the function of running control, remote monitoring, and automatic control of heating fresh air for solar energy control system.The control object of the system is solar energy control system. Firstly, the running principle and control requirement is analyzed in this paper, and a control system of field bus combined with remote monitoring is designed. iCAN protocol based on CAN-bus is used to build a hardware platform of filed bus. CAN-bus is flexible and reliability. Software of control system is based on virtual instrument technology, and developed by LabWindows/CVI. The software includes the function of running control, data monitoring, data saving, and automatic control algorithm. Automatic control algorithm is fuzzy control, and programmed by combining of LabWindows/CVI and Matlab. Remote monitoring is based on TCP/IP, and programmed by the TCP library function of LabWindows/CVI. It performs the function of data transmission and monitoring.Control system is integrated with field bus technology, network, virtual instrument technology and intelligent control algorithm. It keeps up with the trend of the modern industrial control system.
