【摘要】 随着用户的继续迅猛发展以及GSM网络的规模和复杂程度日益提高,电信运营商对网络优化技术越来越重视,并亟需一个统一的、可视化的、工作效率高的平台来加强数据之间的联系和分析工作。现有的优化工具具有系统孤立、不够直观的弊端,且大量采用国外知名公司的成熟产品。本课题的主要任务就是要形成一个适合我国国情的、功能全面的、数据集中处理的、高效稳定的无线网络优化平台,探讨相关领域的技术。本论文对GSM和无线网络优化(RNO)理论、方法进行了研究,分析了软件开发的相关技术,包括GIS开发概况、组件式GIS和MapX等。在此基础上,对系统的架构设计进行了阐述,包括设计需求、设计原则、体系结构和数据库设计,研究了GIS相关技术在GSM网络优化软件中的应用方式。论文还详细描述了系统的几个关键功能模块——路测分析和回放等的具体设计与实现、小区数据库制作及导入、测量报告及各类统计的综合处理、依据地理信息的计费数据制作等。在论文的最后,对网络优化软件系统的未来发展进行了展望,就如何整合TD-CDMA系统的2G-3G互优化工作等未来发展趋势提出了智能软件的后续工作构思。

【Abstract】 With the fast increasement of mobile telephone cusumer, expanse and complication of GSM network, the telecom company cared more about Radio Network Optimization (RNO) technology. They need a uniform, visual and more efficient platform to strengthen the relation and analysis of data. The existing optimization tools have the shortage such as isolation and bad visual effect. And most of them are the product overseas. The main tasks of the project is to develop a sort of exellent domestic software which is overall-functions, data-concentrated-treatment,high efficiency and steady. We studied correlative technology in the domain.First the related business theoretical foundation of GSM and Radio Network Optimization has been particularly described. Then we analyzed the technology of software development, such as GIS, Component GIS, and MapX.Next the software architecture has been described, concluding the design principle, system structure and database design, etc.Also we show the main application of GIS in the GSM network optimizing. Then the key technology of characteristic function module—DT Analysis module, etc, was analyzed in detail. And the programming process and code of GIS function was particularized. At last, we have forecasted the evolution of optimization system and put forward the concept of intelligent software.
