基于“FSIS”设计模型的家电类触摸屏产品用户界面概念设计研究

【摘要】 本文结合家电产品的特性,对于家电产品人机交互界面的概念和相关设计方法流程进行了研究。以家电产品人机交互界面特点,结合人机工程学、心理学、符号学等相关领域知识进行了界面交互设计和信息传达的研究,对于信息传达和交互方式,从人的感官信息接收角度即视觉、听觉、触觉等方面进行了研究;从现阶段的人机交互方式最新成果资料的收集和产品使用背景、用户行为方式的角度研究现代家电产品界面设计,并利用北京伊飒尔公司袁小伟博士的“FSIS”产品设计模型,从功能设计、感觉设计、交互设计以及符号设计四个方面对现代家电产品界面设计进行研究。目前对于家电产品的人机交互界面设计研究还未达到像WEB产品和移动设备的交互设计那样完善,但随着时代的发展,人们对于高品质生活的追求,对于家电产品品质的追求将会促使家电产品的人机交互界面设计得到应有的重视,也将有越来越多的企业投入更多的资源来进行家电产品界面设计和交互设计的研究,这对将来的家电产品的用户体验提升起到极大的帮助。本文研究人机界面的发展历史,通过对国内外家电产品的设计现状以及现有产品设计模型特点进行分析,并研究家电产品界面设计特征以及现代屏幕产品的技术发展。引入"FSIS"设计模型,并在文中穿插部分产品界面设计案例详细介绍该模型的特点和内容,最后使用该模型来设计厨房微波炉家电用户研究及界面设计项目,使用该模型进行项目分析研究并进行界面设计。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the characteristics of household electrical appliances, household electrical appliances for human-machine interface concepts and processes related to design methods were studied. To human-machine interface characteristics of household electrical appliances, combining ergonomics, psychology, semiotics, and related areas of knowledge and information communication interface, interaction design research, for information communication and interactive way, the sensory information received from the human point of view that the visual, auditory, tactile and other aspects of the study; from human-computer interaction at this stage of the latest achievements in information collection and product background, the user behavior in the studies of modern home appliance product interface design, and proposed "FSIS" product design model, From the functional design and feel design, interaction design, and design of four symbols of modern home appliances product design research.At present, home appliances man-machine interface design research has not been as good as the interaction design for WEB products and mobile devices, but with the development of the times, that people seeking high quality of life and pursuit the high quality home appliances will promote the development of human-computer interaction interface design for household electrical appliances. Also there will be a growing number of businesses to invest more resources to carry out home appliances interface design and interaction design research, which will be useful to enhance the user experience for the future home appliances.This paper has studied the historical development of human-machine interface. Through the design of household electrical appliances at home and abroad undertake a situation analysis and to study the characteristics of household electrical appliances as well as the development of those modern-screen interface design. I introduce the "FSIS" design model, and interspersed in the text in the case of some products interface design to describe the characteristics and content of the model in details. At last, using a case study based on a kitchen appliance and interface design projects to validate the model, using the model to carry out the project analysis and study, and make an interface design.
