【摘要】 系统集成业务作为现代信息服务业的重要组成部分,是近年来信息服务业中发展势头最为强劲的一个业务形式,同时是我国信息化战略中的重要环节。进入21世纪以来,我国的系统集成产业获得了飞速的发展,产业规模不断扩大。但在同时行业竞争日益激烈,系统集成业已经告别了高利润时期,利润空间趋于缩小。因此,通过对面向服务的系统集成业务模式的研究,探寻系统集成业务新的增长模式,为提升从事系统集成业务的IT企业的市场竞争能力提供一些借鉴。本论文共分六章。第一章为绪论,主要对论文课题的选题背景、研究目标以及研究意义进行综述。第二章主要针对业务模式和服务创新的最新理论进行了回顾和总结,为后续的课题研究准备理论基础。第三章是对系统集成业务的发展和演变过程进行了详细的梳理,并且对目前我国以及国际系统集成业务发展的现状和特点进行了分析总结。第四章着力阐述了面向服务的系统集成业务模式构建的重点战略,分别从行业发展战略、市场营销管理、组织运营模式,技术架构拓展等四个方面对战略的实施内容进行了分析说明。第五章为案例分析,通过对中软融鑫公司系统集成业务情况进行PEST模型和SWOT模型的分析,结合第四章的所阐述的内容,对中软融鑫建立面向服务的系统集成业务模式的策略进行了具体的规划和设计。第五章总结了本论文的课题的研究主旨,并对系统集成业务的业务发展趋势提出了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information System Integration industry that is as important component of modern informantion technology Bunisess of china which keep strong growing in recent years, and become influential part for developing informantion technology strategy. It moves into the twenty-first century, Chinese Informationg System Integration industry makes much progress which led to an expansion of the scale of the industry. But in pace with the industry competition aggravated, system Integration industry has’t kept high profit just as before and margins are so thin. Through study about service-oriented business model of IT system intergration industry, we hope to search new growth patten for for system integration industry which provide consultation about market competiton for IT enterprise dealing with system integration industry.更多还原
