【摘要】 分期修建高等级公路能有效解决经济欠发达地区公路建设资金不足和社会经济发展要求公路快速畅通之间的矛盾。论文针对我国经济欠发达地区公路建设存在的实际问题,阐述了经济欠发达地区采用分期修建高等级公路的必要性以及对促进当地经济发展的现实意义。高等级公路的分期修建可以采取分段实施、逐步推进,即先修半幅,在适当时间再修另半幅的方式。对具体项目是否实行分期修建,采用什么方式分期修建,应根据当地的社会经济、交通量、自然条件以及建设资金等方面,通过技术经济论证确定。论文在已有研究成果资料的基础上,首先分析了影响高等级公路分期修建的主要因素,提出了分期修建应遵循的原则、分期修建在确定路线、路基、路面技术方案时应考虑的的主要问题和措施；其次讨论了不同修建方案的建设、养护费用及经济效益的计算；对不同技术方案如何进行比选的原则、方法、评价指标进行了总结；最后结合理论分析,通过G207线锡林浩特至桑根达来一级公路的分期修建工程实例详细阐述了分期修建技术经济分析的内容,方法和步骤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Construction the first-class highway by stages can effectively solve the contradiction between tightness of money on highway construction and road fast unimpeded which are needed by socio-economic development in underdeveloped economy territory.The dissertation directs to the practical problems on road construction in underdeveloped economy territory, describe the necessity that construction the first-class highway by stages and the practical significance on promoting the local economic development. The stages construction of highway can adopt partition implementation, advancement gradually.That is firstly construction half road sit,and construction the other half site at an appropriate time.According to socio-economic, traffic, natural conditions, and construction funds of local territory to decide whether and when to construct by stages.The dissertation on the basis of research data that already exsiting,firstly explains major factors that impacting the construction by stages, proposed the principles of construction by stages and the key issues and measures that should be considered about the technical program about line, roadbed, road,and secondly discuss construction, maintenance fees and calculation of economic benefits in different rehabilitation program, summaries the principles, methods, and evaluation index of comparison and selection of different technical solutions,and in then end according to the theoretical analysis, through the construction by stages of G207 Xinlinhaote to Sanggenda details the content, method and step on the technical and conomic analysis of construction by stages更多还原
