温拌沥青混合料若干关键技术研究

【摘要】 目前,我国正处于高速公路建设和养护快速发展的时期,每年生产的热拌沥青混合料达数亿吨。作为《京都议定书》的签约国,我国面临多项来自能源和环境方面的挑战,未来将承担巨大地降低碳排放量任务。减少温室气体及大气污染物的排放、节约能源是关系到我国国计民生的重大课题。在公路建设中推广应用温拌沥青混合料技术,不仅可以减少能源的消耗,保护环境,而且会提高工程质量、为可持续发展作出贡献,必定会收获巨大的社会效益和经济效益。本文在充分了解现阶段温拌沥青混合料研究现状和发展状况的基础上,提出针对使用降粘剂的温拌沥青混合料马歇尔变温变击实功配合比设计方法,对温拌沥青混合料的体积特性、力学强度特性、路用性能、施工工艺和技术经济分析进行了系统的研究。研究结果显示:对于掺加有机降粘剂的温拌沥青混合料,在变温变击实功设计方法确定的拌和、击实温度范围内,其强度及力学特性与热拌沥青混合料基本相当,高温抗车辙性能得到进一步提高,而低温抗裂性能和水稳定性差别不大。同时总结了温拌沥青混合料施工工艺,对温拌沥青混合料的环境与经济效益进行了分析,为温拌沥青混合料的推广应用及相关技术规范的制定提供了参考。

【Abstract】 At present, our country is being in the highway construction and the maintenance fast development time, several million tons of HMA(hot mix asphalt) are produced in every year. As a signatory country of Kyoto protocol, our country are confronted with challenges coming from energy and environment, and will undertake the enormous task to reduce a big amount of carbon emission in future.Reducing the greenhouse gases and the air pollutant emissions and energy conservation are the important issues in relation to the national economy and the people’s livelihood of our country. The popularization and application of WMA(warm mix asphalt) technology in the highway construction, not only may reduce the consumption of energy,but also protect the environment. Moreover, it can improve the project quality, make the contribution for the sustainable development, whith can harvest huge social and economic benefits surely.Based on the full understanding of the research and development condition of WMA at present, this paper proposed the Marshall design method in variable temperature and variable compaction times for WMA with chemical additive. The volume characteristic, mechanical strength propertie, pavement performance, construction technology and the technical economic analysis of WMA have been studied systematically in this paper.The results show that:In the compaction temperature range which is determined by the Marshall design method in different temperatures and in different number of compaction, the intensity and mechanics characteristic of WMA with organic viscosity-reducer is roughly equal to HMA. The high temperature rutting resistance performance obtains the further enhancement is better than HMA, but the low temperature crack resistance and the water stability is not very different. Meanwhile, the construction technology of WMA is summarized and the technical and economic evaluation of WMA is analysed in this paper,which can provide the reference for the popularization and application of WMA and the related technology standard for WMA.
