隧道监控量测技术在鹰嘴山隧道的应用

【摘要】 随着社会经济的迅速发展,交通线上出现越来越多的隧道。如何在穿越不同的围岩地质条件时,保证围岩和支护结构的稳定性,监控量测是一个关键工序。本文从理论分析和现场监控量测两方面,对隧道新奥法施工量测技术做了详细的阐述,并对量测数据处理方法做了一些探索性研究。该研究不仅具有理论价值,而且具有重要的工程意义。论文主要包括以下几个部分:1.本文在前人研究成果的基础上,研究了隧道开挖和支护结构作用机理,超前支护、初期支护和二次衬砌与围岩稳定性的关系;2.从动态施工理念出发,详细阐述了监控量测的内容以及量测数据分析处理的方法;3.鹰嘴山隧道具有复杂的工程环境,考虑工程各种不利因素确定施工方法。通过洞内状态观察、地质超前预报和隧道位移量测来保证围岩和支护结构的稳定性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economy, there are many tunnels on the traffic line. How to eusure the stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure in the different geological conditions, detection and measurement are a key proess.In the paper, construction measurement technology on NATM is discussed in detail and methods of measurement data processing are researched exploratorily. The study has not onlv theoretical value, but also imnortant engineering sense as well. The contents in this paper are concluded as follows:1.Based on the research output of predecessor, in this paper, the mechanics of tunnel excavation and supporting structure and the relationship of among advanced support, primary support, secondary lining and stability of surrounding rock are studied;2.Content of detection and measurement, and method of measurement data analysis and processing are discussed in idea of dynamic construction;3.Yinzuishan tunnel has complex engineering environment, construction method is determined considering various unfavorable factors. By the observation of inner tunnel, geological forecast, and displacement measurement,the stability of the surrounding rock and supporting structure is eusured.
