【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展,工业化、城镇化进程加快,人民生活水平和消费结构得到调整,对交通运输服务需求不断提出量和质的要求。此外,运输供给能力扩张的严重制约以及信息和通信技术为核心的高新技术群的迅速发展和产业化等交通外部环境的准备充分为发展综合运输体系奠定基础。在此背景下,我国积极推进综合运输体系的发展建设。区域交通作为我国综合运输体系中一个必不可少的组成部分,它的发展对于我国建立和完善综合运输体系至关重要。据国内外研究表明,国内外专家学者主要侧重于研究综合运输体系的内涵、体系构建等方面,对综合运输网络的研究较少,尤其是网络建设合理与否的研究甚至没有。为更加清楚了解我国综合交通网络发展的实际情况,为制定合理有效的区域综合交通发展规划提供依据,积极有效的推动区域综合运输体系的发展,本文提出了区域综合交通网合理性评价研究。本文主要采用了系统分析法、比较分析法、类比法、改进的灰色关联度法以及实证分析法等,在分析总结现有研究经验和结论的基础上,以我国行政区划作为区域划分标准,对我国区域综合交通网发展状况进行合理性研究。从分析我国区域发展与综合交通网的关系入手,构建区域综合交通网合理性评价体系,建立适应我国基本国情的区域综合交通网合理性综合评价方法体系,最后以浙江省区域综合交通网为例进行合理性评价,验证方法的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the faster development of China economy, industrialization, urbanization, People’s living standards and consumption structure have adjusted, then put forward new transport services demand in quantity and quality. In addition, the expansion of transport supply capacity have in the serious constraints, and the core technology in the information and communication technology have developed faster and industrialization. All above have been ready to develop integrated transport. Based on these, our country actively pushed forward the development and construction of integrated transport system.Regional transportation, as one important part of our integrated transport system, its development is very important to establishment and pushing forward our country building. According to in-and-out research, those has shown that domestic and foreign experts and scholars focused primarily on the meaning of integrated transport system, system construction and other aspects, and little do research on integrated transport network. So in order to fill this gap, and provide the proof for the regional transportation development planning, to push forward regional transportation development, this article presents regional transportation network rationality evaluation research.This paper has used systematic analysis, comparison and analysis, analogy, improved gray correlation analysis method and the empirical laws, based on the summary of existing research, take our administrative division for rule, do the research on the regional transport network rationality evaluation. From the analysis the relationship of the regional development and integrated transport network, build regional integrated transport network of rational evaluation system and establishing a basic national conditions of China’s regional integrated transport network of reasonable comprehensive evaluation methodology.
