混凝土泵车调试装备的研究

【摘要】 混凝土泵车是一种用于混凝土连续浇筑施工的现代化工程机械。泵车在调试环节能耗大,成本高,污染严重。为了降低调试成本,对调试装备系统研究就显得尤为迫切了。国内对这一方面的研究还未涉及。因此,对混凝土泵车调试装备研究具有很大的实际意义。开发调试装备需要解决多方面的技术问题,要求结构布置空间小,分布合理,体积小,重量轻,移动方便。论文通过对混凝土泵车的结构、原理分析,研究了混凝土泵车的调试方法及原理分析,提出了用电机替代柴油机进行泵车调试方案,分析了电力调试装备的结构和各部件功能。根据泵车调试排量要求,结合电机选型所需要考虑的问题进行了主电机的选型;对调试装备系统进行了参数匹配计算以及转向器、液压泵等主要元件选型;给出了样机的试验方法和步骤,对柴油机驱动和电力驱动调试系统成本实验比较,说明电力驱动调试系统能耗远低于柴油驱动调试系统。论文的研究对调试装备的开发具有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Truck-mounted concrete pump is construction machinery mainly used for the occasion of continuous pumping concrete works. And the concrete pump will consume a mass of energy and cost a lot in the stage of testing. so it is the time to make the study of the relevant theory and the equipment. It is almost a blank in the testing equipment’s manufacture and its theoretical research in home. So the study of testing equipment is of actual significance.The development of testing equipment involves many aspects of technology. A scientific structure configuration design will make the testing equipment compact and handling convenient.Besides the problem of the testing equipment’s size and weight is concerned, it needs to be moved conveniently.The author studied testing method and principle, putting forward a new scheme of utilizing the electric power to test the pump instead of diesel power, analyzed and chose its control measures. The electromotor was selected according to the structure and function of the component parts and general consideration problem of electromotor’s lectotype, parameters’matching calculation was done, redirector and pump were all chose for testing system; the author analyzed the testing equipment’s work principle, procedure and performance of test, and also analyzed the efficiency cost of the testing equipment. The study also will be a good guidance for researching and developing the same kind of testing equipment.
