【摘要】 经济全球化和文化的竞争是当代城市发展面临的核心问题。城市只有在适应全球化的同时,保护和强化自己的文化特色,才可以保证长期的良性可持续发展。在孕育城市文化的市民生活空间中所存在的“自下而上”的发展力量,相对于“自上而下”的城市规划设计与管理机制,目前仍然未得到足够的重视。自发更新作为城市自我调节能力的一种重要表现形式,能够在一定程度上缓解现代城市规划与管理模式对城市空间生成的过度功能化趋势。对于城市自发更新力量的研究,可以为城市规划、城市设计、建筑设计的方法进行补充,使两种发展模式更加和谐地融为一体,从而提高城市发展的文化性、社会性及面对问题的有机调节能力。重庆的城市发展状况为自下而上的自发更新提供了条件,众多的调研案例是本文的重要研究基础。结合调研分析,从城市自身的真实现象出发,借鉴西方发达国家的更新案例,进一步提出有利于城市自发更新的设计策略与方法与城市设计在自上而下和自下而上之间的融合作用,以期更好地解决中国城市的具体问题。全文共分为七个章节:第一章:绪论。阐述论文的研究背景,研究目的与意义,以及研究的基本框架。第二章:城市自发更新空间基础研究。分析城市自发更新空间的形成机制、主要特征和分类方式;指出重庆城市发展状况为自发更新提供的条件,以及自发更新空间的特点,并确定主要调研区域。第三章:城市整体区域地块的自发更新。研究城市整体区域地块自发更新的形成机制;以石桥铺区域为例,分析在城市整体区域尺度的自发更新。第四章:城市局部公共空间的自发更新。在局部空间的尺度上,研究旧居住社区、旧工业厂区和滨江消落带的自发更新。第五章:城市单体建筑/构筑物的自发更新。以单体为研究对象,具体分析旧住宅、旧工业建筑、桥下/路下空间、堡坎下空间、防空洞和临时空间的自发更新。第六章:城市自发更新空间对设计的启示。在前几章的基础上,从自发更新对城市设计、城市局部公共空间设计和单体建筑/构筑物设计的启示三个方面,结合案例,研究有利于城市可持续发展的设计策略与方法。第七章:结语。总结归纳本文的研究思路、所提出的观点和研究结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economic globalization and culture competition are the key issues of urban growth today. Sustainable development can be kept only if a city adapts to globalization while protects and strengthens its cultural identity. Nowadays, enough importance hasn’t been attached to the bottom-up strength of development, which exists in the citizens’living spaces in where the urban culture is born, relative to the top-down urban planning and design as well as the managerial mechanism. As an important form of self-adjusting of city, spontaneous renewal can alleviate the trend of excessive functionalization to a certain degree. The study on the urban spontaneous renewal is a supplement to the methods of urban planning, urban design and architecture design. It can make the two development patterns harmonize together and then enhance the cities’ culturality, sociality and the organic self-adjusting function to the problems.The current development of Chongqing has supplied many conditions to the bottom-up spontaneous renewal. A great number of cases from investigation make up the important study bases of this paper. Combining with the investigation, the study starts from the real events.
