长沙创意经济发展的哲学思考

【摘要】 创意经济是创意、创意人群、创意活动、创意产业的统称,其核心是创意产业。创意经济是当今世界发国家和地区进入后工业化社会以来,在现代城市广泛存在的一种重要的新经济形态。新的历史条件下,文化与经济相互交融、相互作用,以文化创新为内涵的创意成为了经济发展的主要动力。世界发达城市纷纷将发展创意经济作为在更高层次上形成自己核心竞争优势的战略至高点。近年来,我国各地也兴起了发展创意产业的热潮,各地城市(地区)将发展创意经济放到非常重要的位置。同时,在理论界也出现了研究创意产业及相关内容的浪潮。本文通过选取长沙这个特定的城市进行创意产业的相关研究。并提出了国内城市如何在知识经济时代加快发展创意经济的问题,及其解决对策。第一章阐述了创意经济的相关范畴的界定,述评了创意经济、创意产业的相关理论和研究。以及国内外关于研究创意产业的文献综述。第二章通过描述创意产业兴起的客观事实,简要讲述创意经济的发展的由头,及我国目前对创意产业发展的态度,从而进一步分析创意产业蓬勃发展的社会原因,从信息技术、文化基础、需求基础、及城市转型四个角度进行分析。第三章通过英国、美国、韩国等创意经济发展发达的国家及国内北京、上海、天津等发达城市的创意产业发展状况,分析创意产业在各个地区特点。第四章阐述创意产业与城市竞争力的关系,分析列出“世界城市”——纽约、伦敦创意产业发展对城市发展影响。第五章通过分析长沙创意产业发展规模及其构成,长沙创意产业发展的条件长沙创意产业集群发展,说明长沙发展创意产业的整体情况。第六章说明长沙发展创意经济对于城市发展四大意义:提升城市综合服务功能,促进城市向可持续方向发展,积极倡导科教兴市,保护知识产权。第七章通过全篇文章对创意产业发展的理解,结合长沙发展创意经济的世纪情况,提出了长沙创意经济发展存在的问题及对策。

【Abstract】 Creative economy is the general designation of creativity, creative people, creative activities and creative industries which is a core. Creative economy is an important new economic form prevailing in modern cities since advanced countries and regions developed into post-industrial society. Under new historical conditions, culture and economy mutually works upon each other, interaction and innovation as the connotation of cultural dress title the main driving force of economic development. Developed cities in the world put creative economy as a highest point of the core strategy in forming competitive advantage at higher level.In recent years, creative industries develop in the boom in China. Creative economy is highly emphasized in many cities and regions. Meanwhile, theorists are interested in the researches on creative industries and related studies. This paper, taking Changsha as its subject, discusses how domestic cities to speed up the development of creative economy for domestic cities in the knowledge era, and then gives some suggestions..The first Chapter provides the definition of creative economy and reviews main theories and researches as well as related domestic and overseas literature on creative economy and creative industry.Through a brief description of the initial development of creative industries and creative economy, and the analysis of China’s attitude towards the development of creative industries now, Chapter II further analyzes to the social causes behind the flourishing development of creative industry from the perspective of information technology, cultural foundation, demand basis, and urban transformation.Chapter III analyzes the characteristics of creative industry of Chinese cities through the development picture of creative industry in Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin etc.The fourth chapter states the relationship between creative industries and urban competitiveness and analyzes the impact exerted on the urban development by creative industry development in the "World City" such as New York and London.Chapter V analyzes the scale and configuration of the development of creative industries in Changsha, , the pre-conditions for development of creative industries and the cluster development of creative industries, to make clear the overall situation of the development of creative industries in Changsha,.Chapter VI shows great significance of developing creative economy in Changsha in four aspects: to enhance the city’s comprehensive services, to promote Changsha’s sustainable development, to actively advance to develop the city through science and education an to protect intellectual property.Through the above-all discussion on development of creative industries integrated with the current development of creative economy in Changsha, Chapter VII raises some problems on the development of creative economy in Changsha and provides suggestive solutions.
